The majority of peptic ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection of the stomach called Helicobacter pylori. This infection is often asymptomatic and can be acquired in childhood. The other cause of ulcers is the regular use of aspirin and anti — inflammatory medicines. There is no evidence that stress causes ulcers.

This doesn't require 'a rest'

This requires several weeks off in which you thoughtfully consider the value of your life and happiness. Consider how you feel now and where you want to be in 5 - 10 years. Figure out what would have to change in your work environment to make the problem go away. Make long lists of things that will set you off. Really think about the problem. It's not a quick rest and you're good to go situation. Your mind and body is reacting to your environment. you HAVE TO change something or the problem just comes back. Then you die one day of an actual heart attack or your liver gives out from over drinking.

We can't legally ask you to work more hours since you are salary, but you need to work more hours.

Patients will die if i cant print a status report that can easily be pulled up on my EMR.

This super critical issue showed up on monday but j want to tell you about it 4 pm on Friday because I had patients all week.

I want to read radiology reports at home over the weekend and you need to send a tech to my house to wait for the comcast guy so I can go wash my car.

We added all new equipment to the lab and forgot to tell you about it. We need a new vlan like yesterday.

I'm a doctor and i think you should replace all our computers with Macs because I like them and then Citrix won't be so slow.

I did 8 years in the healthcare IT trenches and had to walk away. Of course, if i had a heartache on the job i would probably be telling the anesthesiologist how to log in as they get ready to crack my chest open.

Good times... .... Not bitter...lol

your work is similar to mine. I spend all my time looking at my computer and my eyes sour and my back aches Embarrassed take a nap at noon to make ourselves energetic the afternoon. do some exercise and learn to take a rest during busy work

take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

As we do both things or have multiple jobs we should not forget our health because it too is an investment we have. If we don't take care of yourself we might get sick and being unable to do things that should be done by that day. Do not skip meals and exercising is a good thing also by staying hydrated. Remember that our health is a great investment and if we take time taking care of it, it will being us much more success. Just my opinion. Thanks.
Our health is like our partner for our daily living.

If we're working from day to day and we're not feeling well, we cannot perform well with our duties. That's why everyone must always take care of themselves.

Even if you're not the type of person that takes care of others but you must be careful of yourself.

I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program. to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks.

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. We really have to work hard so that we can raise as much money as possible, to buy our daily necessities of life. But our bodies have limitations,

Health comes first irrespective of what ever you. Need to take care properly and exercise it regularly. This will help us to remain fit and energetic in the long run and give us a positive mindset as well since being healthy helps you think in a better way. Eating proper food at regular intervals is also a key.

Yes we need to take care of our health regularly when health is bad we can't do anything right. Therefore you need to take nutritious food to maintain good health couldn't eat outside food many people like tea cigarettes on the sidewalk eliminate these habits as much as possible eating more green leafy vegetables will benefit the body and increase immunity drink plenty of water throughout the day try to drink water continuously for half an hour. This water will remove the excess accumulated dirt from your body as body waste material.

Water and eating habits does make lot of difference. Regular drinking of water atleast 2 liters minimum in a day is required and any of your favorite fruits once a day should be eaten. Though having mix bowl of fruits daily is recommended but many wouldn't like all fruits. Also, avoid eating junk foods which just add too much toxic in our body and not helpful.
Exercise , Water, Fruits/vegetables,Enough sleep and Being with people that has positive vibes, that will give you a long and better life.

So that's what you have to say? obviously we are all in the internet and we all can check everything , but what is important here is sharing from what we have learn from it.

You can work hard for your own future, but on the basis of health, eat more light, not too oilyand not burden your body. Wink

Ofcourse. It has to be really good oil/fat consumed  in moderation.
 Good oil or fat is actually good for the body. It somewhat does to the body what oil does to machines. If a machine is allowed to work too long without enough oil/lubricant it would not work smoothly, it gets hotter, wears away more quickly due to friction.  I feel this happening sometimes  in my body,  esp my head/brain until i consume good oil/fat in the right quantity and then my  body gets better.

This will depend on your health mate because those who has Heart diseases   is not Good having too much water in their body so that depends on the situation .

But yeah Water and Eating habits is best .
