I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program. to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks.

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

There are not too old if that is related to our kids because we are responsible with them and always take care and make sure they will get the best. We should work hard for them so their life can change better than us. That is a dream from every parent, well, for most parents. We hope they will understand what we did because that is for them. Eat healthy food and consume vitamins is a way for us to take care of them for any disease, especially in this pandemic.

My 70 year old boxing coach once told me that exercising is a piggy bank, every day you work out, you save a penny for a rainy day . If you don't save up those pennies you only cheat yourself. health should be honed and not be taken for granted.

Yes it's better to visit doctor frequently to check for diseases.
Regular health checks to the doctor are important...

but there are some cases where the doctor does not know that the patient is suffering from a dangerous disease. my neighbor died of cancer of the lymph nodes, he is one of the people who regularly check his health with the doctor once a month but why can the doctor not detect his disease. keep eating and sleeping regularly, exercising regularly, and drinking lots of water.
I have a monthly appointment with my doctor together with my monthly laboratory because i am monitoring my Diabetes now as we are not getting any younger.

and also managing eating healthy foods and keeping distance from junk foods and also meaty or oily foods.

Remember: Too much of anything can be bad. When I was younger, I thought I was being healthy by eating a diet focused on one specific thing I was always taught was "healthy." Unfortunately, I overdid it and the negative impact has damaged my health forever.

A lot of people have a misconception that eating right and exercising are all that is needed to keep healthy. That's not the case. You should also try your best to stay mentally healthy, as you do not want to end up with depression or be too consumed with sadness. Try not to worry so much. You should allow yourself some time to catch your breath, and let your mind wander. This will also help you relax and just let your mind go blank.


Many people do not realize the importance of having a healthy mentality, especially now that we are in a pandemic condition that has not yet ended.
This can make us stressed and have a lot of thoughts, therefore it is not easy to live a healthy life. Not enough eating healthy food and doing
regular exercise. But we do have to do a lot of things that make us happy, like looking for entertainment that can release stress. Maybe playing
online games can give me some entertainment and it helps my mental health. For all of you try to do things that you think can provide entertainment,
it really helps keep our mental health.

Very close friend of my family had MS for more than 10 years and he was taking tecfidera on daily basis. Just few months ago his condition got worse and doctors will run few more tests and check up cause they have a suspicion that MS is developing into dementia. He was absolutely healthy person before all that started, never smoked or heavily drank alcohol, was doing exercises regularly etc etc. It made me think a lot and analyze my life from a different prospective. I think that eating healthy food, doing exercises and breathe clean air is very very important for us humans but the most important thing in life - to keep the balance and to be happy, to do all those things which makes us smile and feel like we are on the right path.
A balanced living is important. I've seen that someone who's also healthy, does regular exercise, and has a good physique yet became sick. We will never know until a disease comes or a sick hits us.

But as long as you're very responsible for yourself and you're doing those things to maintain a healthy living, that's all that you need to have.

If you mean using drugs like Vitamin capsules and other medical drugs then you're mistaken it's not healthy.

Getting vitamin through vegetables is healthy.

And sometimes, people only realized their shortcomings when their health is on the verge of deteriorating. I do agree that every small exercise or work out everyday is better in maintaining your health. And these days, health is very important owed to the pandemic that we are still experiencing. It is like our prized possession to combat this pandemic. We need to look out for ourself because no one will.

That's good, changing to a healthy lifestyle has pros more than cons.
Some healthy activities are: Jogging in the morning, Waking up early, sleeping early at night, eating vegetarian food.

Maintain it because for people like me, it's hard to do it anymore with the hectic schedule that I've got.

And having a good health and lifestyle will give you that happiness because you feel lighter and you're weight isn't heavier than what I'm feeling. I know that feeling of happiness when you're taking yourself at best.

I agree with you, good health is the most important thing in life. Without it we can't enjoy much. All the money in the world doesn't matter if we can't enjoy it. Imagine being so sick that we have to stay in bed all day. All the money in the world wouldn't cure us overnight. Saving money from our health is a bad idea.

Everyone has their own way of how to maintain our health, I only focus on two things. First we have to eat healthy foods

How can you distinguish a Healthy food mate? because market now will convinced people about the healthy of their food but in behind it is not.

I can describe myself as a hard working guy when I was still in my past job and I've forgotten about my health with the little pay they give, they don't even appreciate myself until I started to realize that it's not worth it and my health is at risk.

Right now, there's another challenge to me. My eye sight, that's why it's important for everyone to take care of our health.
