Ones health is very important to give attention, health is everything. Good health should be our first target. Their is this saying that says health is wealth. Without it you can't get what you are looking for in life. I wish you quick recovery

I really love vacation .. I watch my condition so as not to overwork. And I do, whenever possible, so as to take time for rest. Health comes first. This is the greatest wealth. If you have health, then all mountains are knee-deep.
I would not agree with you about the mountains, but in general, yes, health is one of the most valuable resources that belong to every person

I think cleaning should be more important in any religion and civilization. Many diseases can be prevented if a certain level of sanitary is being offered to all of us. The basics are having access to clean and fresh water. Unfortunately this is a luxus most of us don't even value. There are millions of people who don't have access to water on a daily basis.

I dont have kept working all day, for example, making post on this forum i can post during my job time, as long as the boss doesn't find out is okey, generally, i would do about one hour sport everyday at night, like running, swiming,etc..
maybe with all our advices ? i believe that She already applied it while Her advices also applicable for us.

Unfortunately nowadays people prefer to eat delicious food than healthy food, I am glad you understand the importance of healthy food.
I understand you must feel that your daily activities are the same as doing sports, but it may not be very effective in my opinion.
Because there are several sports movements that can burn fat and help the heart work, My advice is to try to do sports at least once a week

Yes, the world already changes, and people change too. Usually, they cook at their home to make sure that the food is healthy. But with the busy thing that people do, they find the other way to replace how they prepare their foods: they buy from the fast food available in many places.

Yes, doing sports at home while we are free really helps us to manage our health. Maybe I will do plank again as I stop this activity for a few months. Thank you for the suggestion.

It's true that people prefer junk food to healthy food, it must be admitted that junk food it tastes good, but if eaten for a long time it can have
a negative effect on the health of our bodies. Although cooking healthy food is time consuming, but we inevitably have to sacrifice a little of

Everyone has their own way of how to maintain our health, I only focus on two things. First we have to eat healthy foods and the second we have
to make time for exercise at least 30 minutes a day. If these two things are done well and consistently, our bodies should be healthy and not get sick
easily. Because it is better for us to prevent disease than to treat disease.

But I do not do exercise, only have enough sleep time, always try to have positive thinking, enjoy every moment. I think my daily activity is enough to cover me to do exercise.

Exercise has actually being very helpful in this pandemic as wherever I get time do some form of exercise at home only for now. Feels so better after workout and doing some free style Yoga as well. Just keeps the body relax and mind fit as well.

drink lots of water, adequate rest is very good for waist health

it doesn't important more the money you're looking for when you get sick
taking care of your health is boring but it is a long term investment
Rest and water won't help you more because sitting in your computer is already a rest for our body , that's why we need more physical movement like exercise and some kind of work.

but water is best for our body if we had physical activities and rest is needed at night.

Great advice.No matter what one does in life should find time to rest and eat good quality food so as to stay healthy.Health is essential for our everyday life and without it we can perform so we should do as much as we can to always remain healthy.

I have to remind myself of this all the time. It's not worth the headache. a senior VP walked up to me and told me he decided to cancel an end user training for his whole team "because you're in the office now anyway so you can help us when we need it". I just told him im not here all the time and won't be able to help. A few year ago, I would have caved in, but it's not worth the stress.

There was an article in the news years back, that told of how statistics showed that IT is one of the most stressful careers there is, right under major care takers like Doctors, Nurses, Rescue workers, and Police. A quote I’ll always remember from the early 2000’s was that “IT career is like 95% boredom, and 5% shear terror.” I would take my laptop on vacation and constantly check in on everything... I know that after 18 years of IT work, my nerves were fried. It isn’t easy.
