The sad thing is, most people don't realize it until it is too late and damage has already been done. Simple checklist, have a 'normal' BMI, pee should be like white wine, don't eat too close to the time you sleep, micronutrients from vegetables of course and so on.

Our body needs to be taken care of because if you don't have a  sound health you can't carry on with our Normal daily activities ,there is a saying that goes Health is wealth, without good health we can't hustle are we are meant to , we can't follow up our business and other things, that's why as a youth you don't do what will affect your good health in the nearby future, example is taking sugary and starchy food without proper exercise, drinking and smoking excessively, all this will come back to you I'm ur old age and have a bad effect on u, take care of your health now that you are young so when you get old you won't suffer from the things you did while you were young.

I personally believe that to stay healthy it's not enough to eat healthy food, do sports, and go for various beauty treatments. The mental health of a person is crucial as well. Personally, I think that we all need (at least a couple of times a month) to have sessions of online therapy (preferably offline), but as it is. Today we live in a world full of stress, and staying healthy is also about monitoring your mood and emotions.

Doing a general body check up once or twice a year is very important .
Last year during such a check up i found out that i have a diabetes actually (not being overweight at the same time).

Thanks for the advice. I just recently stopped smoking, but the cravings and the hunger to go back to smoking is just too much to bear. Although I came up with an idea that's kinda working, but it's not actually helping with the cravings and that's a battle I'm still trying to win. I started locking myself up in my room and I don't go out for nothing.. if it's not work-related then I'm not interested in going out. I also had to break contact with some certain friends and whatnot. It hasn't been easy these past few months, but I believe if I can overcome this one then there's nothing I cannot do. "Wisdom is profitable to direct", take care of your health because it's your and it's wealth. Thank you.

you have to win the battle within yourself and it's not easy to stop smoking, I hope the people closest to you support your decision and keep your health because usually people who are quitting smoking, have a great desire to eat.

Yes. Drinking more water, treating your teeth on time, don't staying up late and eating healthy food are those "mom's tips" that don't get outdated.
