I think if you really want to spend your time for a computer I suggest to limit it by not exceeding an hour to operate your computer. Because your energy has been spent on your daily work and you are not recommended to operate the computer after that at that time our body does not move too much. My advice you should sleep which is enough first and then use your computer because our body has got enough money breaks

Health is wealth remember that. Wherever you go, work or travel always bring your bottled water.

Because it will help you for so many occasions, whether you are hungry as long as you have water while doing your tasks, you can survive temporarily. Avoid working too much, we're not getting any younger.

I know for family people, you have to work that much even overnight or overtime but please, take care of yourselves.

that is bad to hear mate,because our body and mind is not a robot and we need total rest.

there is no wrong in doing everything to earn but not to the extent that our health as at stake.it is too expensive to have a sickness nowadays and your earning will only comes to nothing if we are hospitalized.

so never do this again and always see you doctor to know your health conditions,Keep healthy mate and work only for 8-10 hrs a day.

I agree with you. I think that health condition is the most important thing in life. Because when you lose your healthy life, your life starts becoming terrible. You start having difficulty on doing many things and that is really an awful feeling. So, our life shouldn't be just about work. We should allocate time for ourselves as much as possible.

Well we should prioritize our health more than anything else, dont overdo it because even you're earning huge on your work but once you got sick your savings will be use only for your medication.

Im eating healthy food (more on veggies) and taking food supplement to keep me energized. Heath is wealth so we have to really take care of ourselves.
I agree because it has happened to me before all of my savings from my hard work just burned out for my medical bills and my medicines.
We should really prioritize our health more than our income,
Money could be earned again but our health once it is destroyed it would be hard to go back on how it used to be.

"Losing health is losing everything", we care about work but don't forget to exercise. You can arrange a more reasonable time or participate in bounty campaigns at a reasonable level.

Health is wealth is correctly said as everything depends on your health. Be fit, exercise regularly and this will keep you happy and healthy as well. It is truly vital for us to remain healthy else it only affect us but also others as they also feel stressed when you are not keeping fit.

Allocating time for exercise ,for enough sleep, disciplined your self from what will intake your mouth.
Always have right food in right time.never skip meals but limit the amount.

Consult doctor at least every month or two.

This will add life to you,and also never smoke .

I am also a woman. I realize that health is very important because if we are sick then we can't work. getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, exercising 15 minutes a day, and eating lots of fruit will make the body's immune system good throughout the day.

Don't forget, exercise n ride bicycle too
riding a bicycle is very good for your health, but don't forget to use your mask when leaving the house.

I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program. to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks.

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

I can relate to this since I have a full time job and a part time as well. One day some weird allergies appeared on my stomach and back and they are called "mamaso" in our local language where the immune system is so low and I'm lacking vitamin B12. Good thing a doctor from the pharmacy was able to let me know of the cause and she immediately gave me meds mostly for antiviral, vitamin C, vitamin B and B12. So far so good.

Actually, that's something people always forget about. When you're working day & night, giving yourself no relaxation, your inner forces start to lower and lower until you become super sick and weak.

Because of too much obligation in life when you are helping your family aside from your own family?that becomes so treating and we are extending our work into maximum.

But over the days we will realize when we already experienced some health issue that Money is not what we need but rest also.
