i have seen Javier Mendez telling that when Khabib came to the gym initially he never used to wear protective gears nor mouth piece even while training and even if his coach ask him to do so he will never listen because when he competed in combat sambo there was groin strikes and head butt and Khabib fought and never got defeated and he was not comfortable wearing all the protective gears and that shows his mentality.

Exactly. I would suggest McNugget Fans to watch "Anatomy of a fighter" youtube series just to get an idea where the guy comes from. When you have been trained for war the ring is nothing. A 'cut' is nothing when you have been training for your whole life both Mentally and Physically. The only way I see Khabib going down is by a TKO, else I don't see how he ends up on the losing side.

However, Conor was the only fighter to win a round versus Khabib. I reckon that with more focus on training and none on the drink and cocaine, he might give the fans a more competitive fight.

Only if he 'proves' himself. Let's not go there yet.

Not really, the quote of his dad was that he will give them the rematch, his dad didn't put any conditions, other than it being in Russia:

Quote
Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov told YouTube channel Zhivina100: “If McGregor wants it, then Moscow is waiting for him.

“He said once that he has more fans here than Khabib.

“We want to host him in Moscow, he is welcome – we are waiting.”

So it doesn't sound like anything other than a direct invitation to fight for me. Unless someone knows russian and can translate the source directly, 2020 rematch looks likely, unless Conor fights an intermediate bout and losses which is unlikely.

Joanna Jędrzejczyk vs. Michelle Waterson
Joanna Jędrzejczyk is a really tough opponent for Michelle Waterson, i am going with Joanna Jędrzejczyk because she was a former champion.

Cub Swanson vs.   Kron Gracie
Kron Gracie is a black belt in BJJ from the Gracie family and we have an expectation that the fight will end on the ground.

Mackenzie Dern vs. Amanda Ribas
I have not seen any fights of Amanda Ribas but i know Mackenzie Dern is a good ground fighter but someone said here that she is coming after a long gap and that too after giving birth to her child, so not sure what happens.

The rest of the fighters in this card, i have no idea.

I am exited for Max Holloway vs Alex Volkanovski that is planned for UFC in December 15th 2019
Some nice early odds for Holloway!
I think he will have no issues with Volkanovski

Anyway we are back to Fight Night here

watch "Anatomy of a fighter" youtube series just to get an idea where the guy comes from.
Will Harris is a real talent when it comes to capturing the essence of creating a good documentary and he is a one man army who does everything for his films including editing and i respect his talent and i am a fan of his movie making.

When you have been trained for war the ring is nothing. A 'cut' is nothing when you have been training for your whole life both Mentally and Physically. The only way I see Khabib going down is by a TKO, else I don't see how he ends up on the losing side.
I do accept this fact, you can go back and see i said the exact same words, fighting is really uncertain and you can get any result and that is what we saw with Ben Askren as he was knocked out in record time and that can happen with Khabib but it is highly unlikely as his take down is different than rest of the grapplers and wrestlers.

You have got to be fucking kidding me!! He did "good" only cuz he fucking cheated like 6 times during the fight. You need to put Connor's dick aside and see the fight from a neutral pov mate. He doesn't deserve a 2nd chance after the way he got fucking mauled.
I do agree with this point, there is no way Conor deserves a second chance and after all he only had 2 fights in 155 pound division and he was completely dominated by Khabib and he will not get a rematch immediately but eventually they will fight if Conor come back and fight and get to title contention.

Let's just see how Khabib handles Tony Ferguson. He's never been cut, let's see if he can deal with some massive cuts because he will get caught on Tony's elbows eventually.
I am sure Khabib will not bother a drop of blood or two, i have seen Javier Mendez telling that when Khabib came to the gym initially he never used to wear protective gears nor mouth piece even while training and even if his coach ask him to do so he will never listen because when he competed in combat sambo there was groin strikes and head butt and Khabib fought and never got defeated and he was not comfortable wearing all the protective gears and that shows his mentality.

Fighting is a very complex game,

For Khabib it isn't, it's his fucking life. I would suggest you watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnOVaDaGslQ to see where Khabib comes from. He is a fucking killer and the environment he grew up in can't be compared with anything that he gets in the ring... smdh...

Ok mate fair enough, im done discussing with Khabib nuthuggers which claim you aren't looking at things from a neutral POV. Let's just see how Khabib handles Tony Ferguson. He's never been cut, let's see if he can deal with some massive cuts because he will get caught on Tony's elbows eventually. I will not comment on Conor further. But like it or not, there's a rematch happening in 2020, mostly because Khabib's dad said they will give him the rematch in Russia. We will find out one way or another if Conor ever had a chance. Everyone acted as if Conor never had a chance to beat Nate on the second fight specially at 170lbs and he did what was suppose to be impossible, which is why I can't rule out a win on the rematch even if by a low margin.

I'm with thekool1s.  I think McGregor needs to prove himself first (vs Gaethje, Poirier, Ferguson) before being given the biggest fight in his division.  He's not the fighter he was imho...  'You can't train in silk pajamas'.  Lolol.

But I'm willing to take all that aside, let him fight Khabib for the entertainment value of the build up.  Cheesy

Lets us not forget the KARATE HOTTIE is also competing and is the MAIN Event

I dont think she will win but I do think she will lose looking HOT  Tongue

Thank you for posting news...  Shocked it will keep me motivated to watch here.
I hope there will be some more submissions and less punching...

Whoa! I know what you are thinking! Roll Eyes hope it can be pure submission as well, but anyways my girl Michelle Waterson really has an amazing body and beauty as well but I guess Joanna Jedrzejczyk has the upper hand when it comes to reaching, but I hope Waterson has much experience when it comes to fighters that have a height and reach advantage than her, but I guess Jedrzejczyk outrank Waterson when it comes Muay Thai and kickboxing background against Waterson that are only versed on Karate, Joanna had a large odds than Michelle but I am still hoping that Michelle Waterson can pull win if she can take this fight to the ground with her Wrestling and Submission moves, But Joanna had a good striking advantage so Waterson needs to be clever in making a move and pounding her to the ground.

Anyway, I am still going with Michelle Waterson against the higher odds for Joanna if Waterson would win it is a big win for me as well.

Everyone wants a piece of Khabib. They almost fought but Max still wants that fight https://www.bjpenn.com/mma-news/ufc/max-holloway-explains-why-he-needs-to-fight-khabib-nurmagomedov-for-his-legacy/?amp

This sure is interesting to watch too. I don't know if Holloway improved his ground game though. He's been submitted before.

I also have big doubts he can do it. He has all the resources in the world, best minds in the game to tweak his stamina, but I believe ultimately it comes down to genetics. I still believe Conor can get the job done even if by a small margin, if he tweaks certain things.

What's so stupid about giving Conor a small chance? You guys are deluded. Just because he had 2 losses (against the best UFC fighter right now after a big break, and against the best fighter ever) doesn't mean Conor is now a bum. We've had Andy Ruiz beating Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin almost beating Tyson Fury due a TKO massive cut. Fighting is a very complex game, things can go wrong very fast. You can't never be safe in your bettings. All im offering you is that it is not outside of the realm of possibility that Conor can win with the right adjustments. Conor did better than all of his previous opponents if you actually look at the fight from a neutral pov. Im not saying he will win, im saying it's impossible, what part of this can't you understand. If you are so sure, then bet your entire net worth into Khabib winning to prove me wrong.

Khabib is a great grappler but people are missing the fact that he isn't an elite traditional grappler. He would get beaten in a straight grappling matchup against purebreed American elite wrestlers. What he does is a special mix of grecoroman, wrestling and sambo. He wouldn't be as effective without having the net. I would like him to fight in a ring, things would be very different.
The mix of wrestling, Judo and combat Sambo along with Pankration is what is making Khabib successful in MMA, all of the wrestlers in AKA has talked highly of Khabib and even Daniel Cormier who is himself an Olympic level wrestler in the heavyweight division said that no one is able to compete with Khabib even in the gym and so does many of the high level fighters always praise Khabib about his skills.

Remember that he was The North American Grappling Association Champion (NAGA) too which is a high level competition for grappling.
He never competed in amateur wrestling and hence you cannot compare in the competition sector but he will be a high level wrestler and one thing you need to understand is that he never tasted defeat in his entire combat career.

I saw a video recently that Cain Velasquez debuted in WWE  Shocked. So his fighting days are over as he is concentrating on entertaining aspect.
