Engage on exercise activities with passions and there at your rest after physical exhaustment, it would active your appetizer and deactivate your unrestful organs to rest.

After sport or exercise activities, the body system is dragged to weaken that demands some rest (sleep) and your mode of appetite is triggered where you would feel an empty vacuum (hungry) in your hormones level.

And then, take chances to eat good and healthy foods and have much  bedrest (sleep) as much as your systems can at the moment.
Warning: You must learn to undo brainstorming at your rest time (bedtime) to avoid the negligence of your system (organs) refreshments.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Quit working , because of your workload you cannot perform proper healthy living , sometimes there is a need to sacrifice
or find other job that will not compromise your health.
because what is the sense of working if you cannot have a healthy living?

The best tip that i can give is: never work in your bed and work later than make exercise (never on the contrary).

take off your work when its bed time, because that will give you more time to sleep and have small time to eercise .

First important tip that I have learned is that you should learn how to cook your own food and make it a habit to pack your own food instead of buying, not only that it helps you save money but if we are the one who prepare and cook our own food we are sure about the quality and ingredients being used versus to the food that we buy. We do not know how it was prepared or what ingredients was used. Next is to incorporate vegetables and fruits into your daily meals, much as it may sound but it is good to have a complete meal, a meal consist of the go grow and glow food groups. Lastly is to have a regular physical exercise. We acquire toxins in our everyday life so it is important to have a physical activity to sweat and have a way to have those toxins exit our body.

The keys are drinking a lot of water and getting enough sleep.
Your body needs to be constantly hydrated and get enough rest. Don't push your body to it's limit like not sleeping or not getting 4-8 hours of sleep everyday. you may not notice the effect but it would show gradually and badly.

Do not eat to much instant food and with preservatives.
Eat healthy like leafy veggies and meat to get nutrients and proteins

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day to have a good heart and

a happy outlook on life is key.  Reduce stress, 7-8 hours of sleep per night, eat fewer processed foods, drink lots of water, exercise several times a week, laugh.

dont have any vice, try to rest after every 3 hours of work and eat a balanced diet. try also to find some time to work out every day after busy work or even during the weekends.
