Here what are my tips to have a healthy lifestyle:
1. Eat 3-5 meals a day it is important to remember that dinner does not have to be the largest meal.
2. The bulk of food consumption should consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk products.
3. Choose foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars
4. Control portion sizes
5. Avoid sodas and sugar-enhanced drinks
6. Avoid eating a large meal before sleeping to decrease gastroesophageal reflux and weight gain

Practice sports, or at least try to walk more. Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet. Have more sleep.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Love is something extraordinary, we often know that love often brings us feelings of relief as well as relax with life than when we think, I have a passion, but Maybe I'm not capable and economical of maintaining this love.

regular exercise, regular eating. multiply fruits, nutritious foods. do not stay up. enough sleep.

I suggest that you find time to do exercise even if you are so busy at work. Because we all need to do some exercise at least twice a week. And you shouldn't forget to eat because if you don't eat at a proper time, you may get a stomach ulcer.
