Well, healthy lifestyle can cover many areas. If you spend lots of time indoors like I do (all the time) you may want to
1. try social activities
2. socialise with friends
3. participate in a game night
These kind of activities increase our dopamin levels thus making us happier and more productive. Well they actually work for me Smiley

When it comes to healthy eating my favourite ones are:
1. drink lots of water
2. eat more fish
3. balanced diet with controlled portions and of course
4. regular exercise.

You should have positive thoughts, positive actions. You should eat healthy food, no beer and no cigarettes. In addition, you should practice through yoga, gym and reading.

You should have positive thoughts thinking into life. Then diet is healthy, avoid stimulants like alcohol and spicy food. In addition you should practice sports and then read a book and go to bed.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.

Yes. Eat a paleo diet and don't eat just before bed and get a bike or jog and you'll do much better. Additionally, you can take herbs like Turmeric and Nettles. You do all that and you'll be finE!

Drink a lot of water
Moderate exercise atleast walking and climb stairs instead of elevator.
More veggies than meat
Avoid processed food
Avoid sugar
Enough sleeping hours

To gain a healthy lifestyle 1. choose nice friends who can make you laugh in times youre stress at work and problem 2.eat healthy food and avoid softdrinks and alcohol and smoke 3.visit gym more often or go to places were you can relax 4.sleep early dont face to your smartphone for long hours.

When you wake up in the morning, engage in 15-20 minutes exercise. Eat healthy diet..include fruit and more vegetables in your diet.
Drink about 8 glasses of water a day
Sleep well...6-8 hours a day
That will keep u healthy
