Finding time to replenish enough sleep must be your priority. In addition to eating well and doing exercise, you may try to think positive and content all time.

If you want to have a healthy lifestyle first, I think you should stay away from the smoke or those who show signs of bad habits.

Have a daily schedule that you follow no matter what. For me, it is a life principle to always have lunch around 12 - 1 pm and breakfast every morning. In the beginning it was hard, but now I just got used to it Smiley

Eat at least three or four times daily, and try to get most of the nutrients in each other the meals. Don't miss out on any meal or nutrient in a day. If you are too busy still try to eat some readily eatables like fruits, vegetable slides. Try as much as possible to avoid too spicy, oily, or sugary foods.
Exercise at least 15-30 minutes daily, this could be running or walking and others.
Go for regular check-ups and screenings.

have a healthy lifestyle,
Start the exercise with warm-up and end with cooling. Do this for about 5-10 minutes. When warming and stretching, do it slowly, about 20-30 seconds.
You can try to do a healthy walk that starts with a slow tempo, then increase the speed of walking in stages. This type of light exercise is good for your muscles and joints, as this will make the muscles and joints move and increase their strength
