Stay away from oily foods.
Eat more vegetables.

Just eat at the right time and go to gym make some little exercise.. Sleep early just dont eat meat.. Go vegetable I'm sure your healthy with that lifestyle

Just exercise so you get hungry and exhausted. when your hungry then eat and when your exhausted just sleep as simple as that. Smiley

Exercise atleast 3x a week.
Walk. walk. walk.😊
Eat a healthy food.
Stay away from sugar.
Dont overthink.
Sleep on time.
Sleep early and wake up early.😊

You need work life balance. Health should always come first. What you earn on your extra hours will only go to medical bills.

Everyone is busy, and one of the first things they cut out, when really it should be one of the last things you lose, is sleep.  I know it's hard, but you should try your best to get as much sleep as you can, because that's when you're body repairs and heals itself.  The longer you give it, the better.  Also, try to keep stress at a minimal.  Yoga and meditation can help with this.

Healthy food,sleeping enough,doing sports is the key to a helathy lifestyle. And it's important not to let yourself stress to much as i think all illnesses come from there.
