Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
if you want to live healthy, bedtime should be enough, eat on time, do not pay too much attention to the job. your self must be more attention.

To have a healthy lifestyle first, you must discipline yourself. Even if you're busy at work try to create a dally schedule that includes your sleep & meals everyday. you don't need to exercise everyday you can do it on your day off from work. Don't eat junk foods, sleep at least 5 -8 hours a day, don't stress yourself, drink lots of water everyday & take supplements.

In order for us to have a healthy Lifestyle, It should starts with what we eat, eating healthy can make us more lively and productive, preventing diseases and illness that can be a factor for us not to be able to do our thing. Another thing is that we should alot time for ourselves, going to the gym and working our butt off can be a good thing, it will make our body healthy and fit.
