My personal best healthy lifestyle tips

Go on a diet
Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates
Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables
Eat regularly, control the portion size
Drink plenty of fluids
Maintain a healthy body weight
Start now And keep changing gradually
Eat a variety of foods
Reduce salt and sugar intake
Get on the move, make it a habit
Replace saturated with unsaturated fat

Don't drink carbonated drinks such as Coke

Wake up first thing in the morning you need to run
You can have any meat with salad just no rice or bread
you have to do This for a week and you will see results in losing weight fast
You just need to careful with what you eat and exercise!
