Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad

Yeah bro i feel you too, meditate urself. Start managing your time.  Your company will never be there when get sick. Eat the right food. And go some vacation.  Smiley

when we have taken the world of work, then sports and meals are sometimes we have to leave in karenakan with our task that we are developing now, which in this case instead we must really leave the world, therefore we haurs really should be able to menimalize the best time possible, and I think that exercise we can do when we want to take a bath even if only for a while

healthy lifestyle tips in my opinion is to consume healthy foods and beverages that do not contain alcohol and exercise regularly every day.
