It's up to you if you are not in need for money you can hold and wait to rise it's price of it in the market I mean a long term earner but if you are a short term earner you better to sell the tokens that you have in your wallet to use it in what you want to spend to it. When I started receiving some tokens I usually sell it because of some needs in my house and daily life.

You must hodl it for sure, after i got into crypto for a quiet long time, i realized that we shouldn't sell the token bounty quickly, the price will increase for sure, it's a waste of money if we sell them directly right after we got the tokens

I will miss many trains if I will now sell all of my bounty tokens.You need to constantly track your tokens and coins. i prefer to hold most of time. because they are mostly useless and cheap when they first distribute them. but if the project starts to grow, they have really good potential to go up and give me good profits.
I also do the same thing, I hold my bounty tokens first and not sell them fast. If I see the development price in the exchanger, then that's the time I will sell my tokens.

If you want to sell your coin,sell it. but i think that we need to hold for a long time because when we get our bounty reward price is low after-then price is increasing. Actually it's very hard to find a good crypto project but, if the project is good then you can hold. Many bounty members will start selling their coins and the course will go down. Hodl for profits. 
If these are good coins and you want to get a good profit, then do not immediately sell. It is better to wait a few months.
