In my own opinion, I would rather choose to hold it until such time the market price will rise and good. It increases its value and the token bounty you're holding will be worth it.
First I immediately sell it, once the price is really down, then I will again buy it with cheaper price but with the same amount. Since most tokens or coins after the bounty distribution are done then the price will go down

This depends on whether the token's ICO really has value, and if that ICO is an scam, this token will quickly become a 0 price, I once had a token called oth, and it's price on etherdelta was a few days Change from 0.015eth to 0. Can you imagine it?

In this case there is the maximum benefit (individual research and analysis from the user). However now when the market is very weak, holding period should be increased i think. For me, if I ever received my coins already I would also dump my coins for my profits and would not hold for so long. I would trade it to get some satoshis.
For now its better to hold your bounty token,because market is down and token value is a bit low. Its good if you can hold it for awhile and wait for the market rise again. Hopefully it will rise last quarter or this year.

you have to review those token bounty. The act hold or sell depends on how do you predict about future price of those ICOs. The price will base on the hype and real value. That is 2 major things you have to concern when you decide hold or sell
Already for a long time the market slowly but surely falls down. I do not want to sell tokens for little money. They are very difficult to earn. Personally, I will wait for the market to recover. Well, if this does not happen, I'll get over it.
Of course yes, bounty tokens should not be sell immediately received. It should be hold for at least a year or couple of years. Because i personally have tokens have been holding for almost a year now and I don't think of selling it yet. Cos I'm hoping for the best.
