And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

What i do is, i don’t sell my tokens at a lower price, i wait till the price goes high though I would say it has been a long wait until now. As I wait, I join projects to earn other tokens while waiting. I hope for a better price this last quarter.
Now we are in a gap between growth and even stronger growth, so the only thing that now needs to do is buy in long.
It depends on you stratagy and you fre budget. As for me I am buying altcoins with great discount. To sell them in minus it os not reasonable
Waiting will be best option here. Right now prices of every coin is low. Hold them till the price will be high enough and then sell them. Or if you can not trust crypto anymore and want to get out of it, then sell them and wait to invest again when market is stable.
Make sure to last until the price of the token rises again, or depending on your wishes, if the price of your token goes down, it is better if you wait and hold it, even if you still don't need funds, then you only lose the opportunity to make a profit.
