Actually I also see Chelsea being better than Dortmund in the Champions League.

Because Chelsea are playing different here comparing to their EPL performance. It is the truth that they are really horrible in the EPL these days. They are weak in defense and offense both there. But they somehow manage not to reflect that performance onto their Champions League matches. Despite that performance, being able to defeat Milan two times consecutively really deserves to be appreciated. Their experience in the Champions League must be helping them stay strong as much as possible as well.

I believe Dortmund have bigger defensive issues than Milan in the Champions League. So this is an important chance for Chelsea to reach the quarter finals.
