We'll possibly see, Ben Chiwell and Recce James back from injuries, so if they both are used as fullbacks to join the midfielder's and attackers will make sense as they will give and launch some disturbing attack's to Dortmund with a Three man defense of Thiago Silva, Koullibaly and Co brought into the club by Thomas Tuchel. Still don't know how the attack should be but let's see, Jorginho and Kovacic in midfied and then Mason mount, with Aubameyang and Borja leading the attack, they need goals in that game.

You're right, Chelsea still have some time to bounce back. Chelsea is undoubtedly a good team but not all teams have good performances all the time. Maybe that's exactly what Chelsea are doing right now. But hopefully Chelsea will return to form very soon. And will play well against Dortmund.

Lol, Chelsea and Dortmund this season is a bad season for them, if we refer to their performance in their respective leagues then of course they are experiencing a very severe decline in performance.
So, in this Dortmund v Chelsea match, I personally will still choose Dortmund to win, because Chelsea did not have a good performance against the top teams in the Premier League and Chelsea are in a mess at this moment.

Chelsea can find it difficult when it comes to facing teams from Germany, I saw the head to head of these two teams where in the last 5 meetings these two teams have collected the same results, namely winning 2x, losing 2x and 1x drawing. PSG and Bayern are now in an interesting situation. Both clubs have the same number of wins in their head-to-head encounters. But I remember how well PSG played in the quarterfinals last year. Back then too, many thought that Bayern would win without any problems, but PSG gave a fight. One thing is sure and that is this is like a pre time final,if these two teams were in the final I think we would all enjoy this game because of the great players each team has.However I think that Bayern is slightly favored as I saw a couple of games of PSG and especially against Benfica in Benfica home they struggled a lot and barely managed to get a draw there.I am sure if Bayern was there they would have won against Benfica even in Benfica home and this for me is a good although not a 100% indicator that Bayern form is better than that of PSG right now.

Both teams show signs of been favourites to be in the finals of this years Champions league competition, both teams are in fine form especially Bayern Munich who have dominated right from the group stages and have progressed to the next stage which is the round of 16. At this level you can only give your best to progress further and we shall see how well both teams can play and how far they can get this season. Talking about the finals, there are also other good teams like Manchester City and Real Madrid you shouldn't ignore and both teams also look dangerous at the moment and can go head to head with any team in the competition.

The Champions League is different from the domestic league, if I'm not mistaken Chelsea won the Champions League in 2020/21, it's even strange that they were not consistent at all in the Premier League, but in the Champions League they managed to get maximum results. Likewise with Dortmund or Chelsea this season, nothing is impossible, if they are able to take advantage of opportunities or at least are able to play consistently. both of them experienced a decline in performance in the domestic league. but for the champions league trophy of course both of them will prepare better.
dortmund vs Chelsea is hard to predict. but both of them were dropped from the top 4 of the domestic league. it's hard to see this, even Dortmund has difficulty competing with Freiburg and Leipzig. of course facing Chelsea will also be difficult for Dortmund. but the chance of winning, Dortmund is still big. we'll see which team is more prepared, the rest phase is also quite long. plenty of time to prepare before they fight.

One thing is true, all teams have their own chances and success will largely depend on the performance of the players.

I agree with you, the teams that is doing well now can change to experience poor performance later till the end of the tournament, which anything is possible to happen to the performance of the teams. But no matter what will happen to any team in this season, will not happen to Manchester city and Real Madrid because those two teams has talented players that are very ready to make a good performance through out the tournament. I think, Manchester city and Real Madrid will be the teams that will meet for final in this UEFA champion league competition, because they have demonstrated some signs that will make them to qualify for final.
