I hope that Barcelona will not allow the red card given to them affect their mentality because it will reflect in their performance. However, I see that they are able to contain it because it was after the red card that they could still equalize the goal.
They should be more careful in the second half and find a way in which they can use to win the match and not allow Monaco to defeat them if not it will be a bad start for them this season.
That will definitely affect the club, aside from the fact that the red card will bring about a minus in the first 11 of the club, I have also noticed that Barcelona doesn't really have much back up squad to boast of. Garcias red card is a threat to the club's chances of winning and continuing their unbeaten winning streak, as practiced in their league.

Second half is going to be rough for the Barcelona team, most definitely. Monaco has already shown the readiness to win this match, if not for anything, to prove it to Barca that they can hold them tight and that the first win wasn't just by a mere luck.

The scenario of the match changed completely after the referee showed Garcia a red card. Monaco is not a weak team. With 10 players, it will naturally be a tough task for Barcelona to beat Monaco in their home match. And Monaco managed to take the lead early in the match. However, Barcelona was able to equalize the match with Yamal's excellent goal. However, in the second half, it was more difficult for Barcelona's defenders to resist Monaco's attacks.

Since Barcelona are playing with 10 players, naturally Barcelona have to play with some defensive tactics. Barcelona players are not able to attack much. However, Barcelona players continued to try to score. Both Barcelona and Monaco are playing well. I would say both teams still have equal chances to win.

Atlanta vs Arsenal match has apparently turned to be more like that of Manchester City and inter Milan game yesterday, the both teams are performing very well but finding it very difficult to shake the net, am very curious which team is going home victorious or is it going to just end a goaless draw just like that of Manchester City and inter Milan yesterday game. But however, I wasn't expecting less performance form both teams on today's match considering the fact that they are also doing very well even at their local leagues. It is already second half of the game and it is still at goaless draw, am waiting patiently for the full time result.

Monaco vs Barcelona.
Monaco has performed quite well in their domestic league, they have not been defeated in their 4 matches. In this match, Monaco will host Barcelona at Stade Luis, Monaco's home ground. Barcelona, will certainly not play Olmo due to injury. Lately, Olmo has been in the spotlight when his debut with Barcelona immediately played well. Instead, Flick might play Torres. I'm sure Flick will aim for victory over Monaco, so he will definitely continue to apply the same system and pattern. Appearing with an attacking pattern throughout the match, providing high pressing. I'm not sure if Monaco will play openly, because that will make it easier for Hansi Flick's system to work. Based on the betting exchange, Barca is more favored and that's natural. However, this is a new match for Barcelona's young players. Even so, Barca still has a great chance of winning this match. My prediction, a score of 3-0 victory for Barcelona. btw, my two favorite teams play at the same time, it's really confusing to watch which one.
The match between Monaco and Barcelona is expected to be intense. Both teams have started their seasons well, but Barcelona seems to have the upper hand. The Catalans are delivering strong performances with a series of victories in La Liga, especially with standout players like Yamal and Lewandowski, though Olmo will miss the game due to injury. Monaco has also had a solid start in Ligue 1, remaining undefeated. However, Barcelona's form suggests they are ready to fight for wins in every match. My prediction is a 2-1 victory for Barcelona.
I did not expect the match to turn out the way it is going, a situation where Monaco have to score first before Barcelona. Even in terms of play, Monaco is relaxed and playing great football, missing more chances than Barcelona and even putting the defense line of Barcelona under intense pressures. Even though Barcelona is one man down, they would have still been able to play as though they were complete since they are the favorite side. Unfortunately, they seem to be aiming to end the match in a draw so they could finish Monaco off in Camp Nou.

The Leverkusen match was very impressive in the first half, Xabi Alonso prepared his players quite well, we know that what Leverkusen excel at is aggressive attack and that was shown again in this match, in the first half they pocketed many goals that were targeted, and Feyenoord was not ready for that situation so they could not keep up with Leverkusen in the first half, and the second half Feyenoord realized what they had to do to maintain their position and Bayer Leverkusen in the second half was to play relaxed and more to defend themselves, seen from the midfielders they were also not too aggressive like the first half to attack.
UEFA Champions League is competitive. Aggressive attack triggered by Bayer Leverkusen, Xabi Alonso knows his roots and familiar with oppositions he faced in the UEFA Champions League. Bayer Leverkusen heavily thrashed Feyenoord as if they were no opposing threat for them. We understand the moving momentum of Leverkusen in this particular game. Mounting all pressuring actions in the first half which led to them scoring 4 clean goals and in the second half, a bit of distant features was shared. The home team managed to apply defensive style towards the visitors.
Leverkusen met a lesser opponent compared to them if we are to check the standard of Bayern Leverkusen, and looking at it critically feyenoord were not too much of a threat and those numbers of goals confirmed it. Don't forget that this is a Leverkusen side that won the German League and they also played the last Europa league finals with Atalanta though they lost. I'm looking at them coming second or top of that group because they have the capacity.

As for saw xabi alonso, we all saw him in his playing days, how good he was as a midfielder, his CV is filled with experience when it comes to European football and he has also shown his coaching prowess with Leverkusen.

With Monaco in front and one man down for Barcelona, I think it will not be easy for Barcelona on the night.
Well it won't be easy at all for Barcelona. And it seems like the two teams from Laliga today weren't lucky enough. Because currently Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are both 1 goal behind their opponents in the first half.

But I am grateful that as I write this Barcelona has managed to equalize the score at 1-1. Thanks to a goal from talented young player Lamine Yamal. I don't think Barcelona will give up on their unfortunate situation of having to play with only 10 players after Eric Garcia was sent off.
Barcelona's game will not be optimal if they lack 1 player, maybe they will be a little depressed by Monaco because they take advantage of the situation where Barcelona is lacking in attack and defense.
As far as possible, it must balance the game, otherwise Barcelona will be left behind in the second half.

But there is still a chance for Barcelona to win, they have some great players in them although a little lacking because of the red card.
Flick will probably make a defensive strategy again in the second half and they may rely on counterattacks.

The game will not be a good one for Barcelona because playing 10 players will not be so easy for them, but at least they try and score even without 1 player; it is almost to halftime, and their performance is still good even though the game is trying to be so hard for them, but still, I also have potential in them that they will win the game or end the game on a draw because Monaco are really playing even though Barcelona is far better than them this season, but still, I have no doubt on Barcelona, but we don’t yet know what will happen in the second half as the first time has already come to an end with still a draw score.

Arsenal game is another game to be looking at in the second half, the home team Atalanta did very well in the first half, they dominated the game completely, but Arsenal’s solid defense helped them maintain the pressure which I think of care is not taken will fail in the second half because Atalanta team in general is doing everything to win the match.

I am disgusted by this match. Both teams played defensively in the first half. I didn't see any tendency to score in the first half from the players of the home team Atalanta. Atalanta's players managed to make only 2 shots in the first half. On the other hand, although the Arsenal players made a few attacks, Arsenal could not break Atalanta's defense in the first half. Arsenal will definitely need to step up their attack in the second half if they are to take full points from this match.

Coach Arteta must change the match strategy in the second half. And of course the speed of the attack should be increased. Arsenal team is lucky enough in this match. Monaco failed to score from a penalty chance in the 51st minute. If Monaco can somehow score the first goal of this match, then it will be more difficult for Arsenal players to break Monaco's defense.

There is still a chance for Barcelona to win this match even though it will be very difficult because they can only rely on 10 players. but seeing how they responded to the goal in the first half, they should have been able to score again in the second half.

Apart from Barcelona who managed to equalize the score in the first half. It turns out that Atletico Madrid also managed to do the same thing by equalizing the score at 1-1 in the match against Leipzig.

So the temporary scores for the 4 matches currently taking place are as follows

- Brest vs Sturm (score 1-1 in the first half)
- Atalanta vs Arsenal (score 0-0 in the first half)
- Atletico Madrid vs Leipzig (score 1-1 in the first half)
- Monaco vs Barcelona (score 1-1 in the first half)

Finally, Barcelona managed to get one goal back against Monaco even though they only played with 10 players. This proves that Barcelona would actually be much better if they could play with 11 players. Unfortunately, now they have to live out the remaining time in this match, which of course is still very long with only 10 players. But in the second half Hansi Flick might apply a slightly different strategy. but even though Barcelona played with 10 players. Currently we still see Barcelona playing quite aggressively. Especially in the way they build attacks. It's just that it looks quite hard to do. Because when Monaco counterattacks we always see Barcelona's defense becoming very overwhelmed. In fact, just now Monaco also put the ball back into Barcelona's goal. Luckily it wasn't a valid goal because the Monaco players were in an offside position when they did it.

When I saw Barcelona against Monaco I thought it is going to be a brush through for Barcelona but the game is not even going well for Barcelona, and for Monaco to even score Barcelona first shows that they are not backing down for them, and now that Barcelona is one man down is going to affect their performance throughout this game, no matter how strong your club is the moment you are down by one man you will find it hard to stabilize your performance, no matter the strategy that flick is going to be using it will not turn out well except if they will be playing a defense game and if their I to much concentration of the defense then the pressure will also increase let's see what Barcelona is up to when they come back for the second half, if they will be able to manage till the end of the game.

This red card is going to affect their formation no how they want to do it, as far as Eric is out they might replan to see if they can balance things up I don't know why I have so much doubt that Barcelona will get away with this one the conditions at which they are have changed the out come of the came, the number of shots coming from Monaco is more than that of Barcelona and that is what they will focus on now and don't be surprised that they will score a second goal.

Monaco really had a good start, getting the first goal and Barcelona receiving a red card ♦️..I was so sure that it was over for them but with some good team effort Yamal rescued a goal back for Barca to tie the game going at the break and if they can play their cards right..maybe they can go back home 3 points but a point is technically a good option at the moment.

Elsewhere, am keeping tabs on the Atlanta Vs Arsenal game, and so far I think these guys are playing with plenty of mutual respect for each other and this game looks like we heading to a bore draw. Not cool Gunners 👎
The first round has now ended. And ending the first half with a draw is not bad. It seems that the Barcelona players have a very strong mentality this season. And I'm starting to like how Hansi Flick manages the Barcelona squad. Because it was proven that Barcelona seemed to still be playing with great confidence even though they were only playing with 10 players. I think Flick has succeeded in building the mentality of the players at Barcelona very well. I'm now curious whether Barcelona will defend more in the second half or they will use the same strategy as in the first half. Maybe relying on counterattacks for the second half would be much better. because Barcelona also still has to maintain their defense very well because they currently lack the number of players.

I didn't watch the Atalanta vs Arsenal match, but it can be seen from the match statistics that it turned out to be quite boring. They still want to play safely and carefully. But I understand Arteta will do it. Because several of Arsenal's mainstay players are currently unable to play. So Arteta will try to avoid defeat as much as possible here.

Barcelona can have good chance of wining this match if they were able to strengthen their defense because they use the only good chance they had well and it turns out to be a goal after receiving red card.
Hensi Flick should look for way to stop the Monaco attackers from penetrating into their their box if not it will not end well for Barcelona because Monaco attackers are doing very well just that Embollo is losing more chances, else they would have scored above two goals in the first half.

Leverkusen lost one match in the Bundesliga. For this, the group has faced a lot of criticism. And many have said that the Leverkusen side will not be able to continue this season's dominance like last season. But in the last match in the Bundesliga, Leverkusen's players performed very well. And in the Champions League matches, we saw very good gameplay from the Leverkusen players.

Today's match was Feyenoord's home match. However, Feyenoord's players could not make any advantage against Leverkusen. Feyenoord's players attacked a lot in the first half, but they couldn't break Leverkusen's defense. Even in the first half, Feyenoord fell behind with a big margin of 4-0. After that, the team could not make a comeback in the second half. We saw defensive gameplay from both teams in the second half. The Leverkusen team were happy to win 4-0.

Barcelona had 10 men left in the 10th minute of the match, with the first half ending 1-1. Eric Garcia received a red card. Monaco made the score 1-0 6 minutes after this goal. Barcelona made the score 1-1 with Yamal in the 28th minute.
Barcelona is constantly using offside tactics due to the negative situation of remaining with 10 men. Monaco scored in one of these offside tactics, but the goal was canceled because the position was offside.
If Monaco players find a solution to this tactic, they will easily score a goal or goals. Barça has difficulty moving the ball forward because it has 10 men.

There are some games we don't need to talk about, like the Bayern Munich game that ended 9-2. I wonder what the visitors was even doing last night in that game, 9 goals was served to the Zagrab team and one would think it's a club friendly game with that amount of goals, now Bayern Munich are flexing their muscles on teams that are below their standard but we won't see such scores against team like PSG, Madrid or even Barcelona e.t.c, well it was the biggest win last night. Tonight we might not be seeing any high scoreline but a more competitive game with much draws.
Although I expected a good win margin but not up to nine goals. In my stake I placed my bet on over 3.5 goals to be scored in the match but Bayern Munich exceeded my expectations and thrashed Dinamo Zagreb nine goals to two…..a scoreline similar to 8:2 trashing of Barcelona in the champions league some years back. Vincent Kompany is doing a good job with the current players in his possession especially Musiala and Oliseh who are in superb form this season.

Currently the Monaco vs Barcelona match is taking place and I was surprised because Monaco managed to break into Barcelona's goal quickly. I didn't know Barcelona would concede the ball so quickly. I hope they can immediately reply to the goal and equalize the score. It would be very bad if Hansi Flick's team failed in their first match in the UCL this season. But if Barcelona loses in this match it could also be said to be quite natural. because they are now playing with 10 players.

E. García really made a very costly mistake in just 10 minutes of play that led to the red card he got and now Barcelona has already conceded a goal which will destabilize the team's morale because imagine playing with 10 men and also conceding a goal at the very early minutes of the game because they scored the goal around just sixteen minutes of play. It will be difficult for Barcelona to equalize this goal now but they should instead be more defensive than attack so that when Monaco finds it difficult to break Barcelona's defense area they will become so weak and tired then Barcelona can now attack them more with that strategy they can have the opportunity to equalize the goal.

Edit: just as I was typing Barcelona equalized the goal and that's a welcome achievement, they should be more careful now and not allow Monaco to score any further goal, though the both teams are putting pressure among themselves and we should be expecting more goals in this match.

Monaco's players showed great dominance after Garcia received a red card. Monaco played completely attacking strategy. And the Barcelona players took advantage of this opportunity. Yamal scored from a nice pass by Marc Casado. This is Yamal's first goal in the Champions League. And because of this goal, the game came back to life. Now we will see more aggressive gameplay from both teams.
