The Suga Show is about to begin!

We just had the weigh-ins yesterday and nobody missed weight during the official one which is relief and since there were only 10 fights it is no surprise everyone is ready for the biggest event the UFC has put on ever atleast to Dana White.
Here is the last one before the main event starts in a little more than 15 hours from now:

I thing I immediately took away after watching this one was: Ronaldo Rodriguez is a mad man! (even though Manuel Torres came out looking like Hannibal)
Even during the press conference he was swearing at Ode Osborne in his native tongue so he wouldn't know what he was calling him. MMAGuru was saying he was calling him racist terms in Spanish during his last video reaction of the Pre-Fight presser. I don't know but Suga Sean called Merab the exact samething right at the end of the Ceremonial weigh-ins last night if you watch it right up til the end. So I don't know about what Guru had to say about Rodriguez calling him this.
Anyways that altercation during the press conference made this fight the one to watch to start off the main card.

According to Dana there will be four bonuses given out during the event: two Fight of the Night & two Performance.

But of course being the big boss of this entire show that could change in an instant because if he is pleased of the results by the end of this premiere time at the Sphere, he can give as many bonuses as he wants.

This Embedded was released before that nice Ceremonial weigh-in we had last night so there should be one more put out before the final countdown of the UFC 306 Main Event show starts tonight!
As with everyone who is a true fan of the UFC - I can not wait for this to happen at The Sphere!

I think that is a good reason for it. He didn't parlay to avoid a one-mistake loss.

I have a bet on just a 2 game parlay because I am scared that someone might ruin it. I am sure that Raul Rosas Jr. to win his fight which is why I combined my bet on him with Diego Lopes.
But Sugar Sean and Alexa Grasso will be fighting the best fighters for their titles which means their opponents will be purely aggressive it might get that one good shot to end it all.
Shevchenko might already be gritting her teeth and itchy to take her title back. Then, Merab wants to be that fighter to snatch the title to Sean.
I can say those title fights will be unpredictable and that's what makes it more exciting.

It's what they said in the past and my fave pickers also couldn't guarantee Sean is going to make it especially if he can't KO Merab in the earlier rounds. But if his precision rocks Merab then I also lose. This is a 50-50 chance and parlaying could be riskier.

Rosas was predicted to submit his opponent. Rosas is put to the task of drawing a crowd and if Dana has to make this 306 event successful, he would rigg this fight for Rosas to win.

For the Title fight he said-

Sean O Malley won't be the winner You have a good ticket and do net let than man ruin it There is no way Merab is going to lose this match.

Merab is a guy with unlimited stamina. He doesn't get tired and he is very hungry. I saw his interviews and read articles about him. The way that this guy went through is unbelievable. He was working on constructions. Imagine, being a manual labour on construction in America and then coming at home to go in the GYM. You get so tired after working on construction that it's hard to imagine to go out for workout the same day. He didn't only workout but became a professional athelte and beat many people. The path that he want through... He simply deserves to win and I believe he will win, there is nothing that can stop Merab.

Why didn't he parlay the 3, Grasso, Sean and Lopez?
Probably add Rosas as well to keep the odds better when he wins. Maybe they all could win their fights. 

I couldn't get it out of my head that Shevchenko might get this time around and they are set to fight for the 4th time for a tiebreaker. Same for Sean as well. I would just be doing singles when I'm not sure. If Merab has the hardest chin, he could be taking Sean down if he couldn't do it in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

These bets are perfect, very clear and direct. These are fighters who are proving themselves and have already proven themselves. They will be at home and they are excited, Alexa and Diego are great fighters in my humble opinion. I am biased to say, but Diego Lopes does not back down from any fight he enters and I think that is incredible about him. I have bet on him in the past and will continue to bet on him in the future. This guy has great potential.

This event is so hyped up to the extreme that the UFC has put out an easter egg hunt within the pay-per-view for a chance to win $250k also the Pre-Fight Press Conference was so late just to get the crowd psyched up aswell.

I am intrigued by the disrespectful relationship of MGM with Dana White.
He ain't attacking Canelo and he even congratulation Al Haymon for snatching that contract with MGM T-Mobile Arena for the Canelo versus Berlanga fight. His beef is with the MGM.

You are right though, UFC got the contract first but something might've happened that made MGM change its mind. Money? That's all the reason I can think of. Or maybe they just want to fuck with Dana White.
It came from Dana himself, MGM had been "literally disrespecting" them since day one. So I guess giving T-Mobile to the Canelo fight is another middle-finger wave to him.

It appears that you are only saying something because of your own opinion and your own assumption without reading news updates heheheheh. The UFC had the slot already for T-Mobile arena similar to UFC Noche last year where they also celebrated the Mexican independence day weekend. However, the people from MGM who were in charge of the arena gave the slot to the promoter Al Haymon without asking permission from uncle Dana and the UFC. Their contract in Las Vegas only allows the UFC to organize their payperviews in T-Mobile but the owners allowed them to organize this in the Sphere because of MGM's mistake.



As mentioned, Dana White and the UFC were forced to move their Mexican Independence Day special event to The Sphere after the T-Mobile Arena was unexpectedly booked for the Canelo Alvarez vs. Edgar Berlanga fight on Sept.14.

Same here I like all the Mexican fighter to win on their countries Independence day for what this event is named after - Noche.
It will give them a sense of pride to beat their opponents on this day that is just like for the USA's 4th of July.

C'mon man, why did you bet against Merab? Joking aside, I didn't like Merab at first but fight after fight, I started to enjoy him and recent fights, especially the fight against Yan, really made me to love him as a fighter. He is simply amazing, he doesn't get tired and till this day I don't understand how is that possible, this man has 3 lungs.
I thought that he was on EPO but if he was on EPO, then his blood would be very thick and since UFC fighters get shredded before the fight, dehydration + thick blood equals to heart attack and he hasn't had any heart related problems, so I assume he is a natural phenomenon.

For me, this is still hard to make a bet Merab is pretty much explosive with his takedowns where his main weapon was his cardio he will surely take you down relentlessly not taking into consideration that his opponent can strike him at any time or even though Sean O'Malley has better wrestling than him but because of the length of O'Malley his strikes was accurate and even though it is not that strong it can still damage Merab for sure, for me Sean O'Malley still has a great wrestling even though he is not using it to win I think Sean O'Malley has a better chance in winning.



Alexa Grasso VS Valentina Shevchenko

Another fight and the 3rd fight for these two ladies perhaps I think that Shevchenko needed some push in getting into Grasso but I think Alexa Grasso has already learned from their previous meetings for me this is really great opportunity to get into this fight if who won their 2nd fight but for me, Alexa Grasso is a learning fighter and for me, Alexa Grasso has the experience in this fight.



Brian Ortega VS Diego Lopes

Brian Ortega surely has given a further push in the UFC and has proven countless times that he can still fight but unfortunately, I think that he should retire soon if he loses against Diego Lopes this is surely the end of his career, but for sure Diego Lopes has the most advantage, his speed, height, and power so for me I have bet on this one for Diego Lopes.

They are great bets, but I would add Diego Lopes too, he is on a huge rise and can fight like I have never seen anyone fight, he never gives up and has very sharp JiuJitsu. He can finish in any position.

I have been a big fan of Raul Rosas after watching his last 3 fights from 2023 until now. If I remember correctly, he also won that fight on that card where Grasso and Shevchenko were in the main event that ended with a draw. Now here he goes again with them. He ain't the heavy favorite for no reason.
