I hope the main fight is quick at least, because it's not worth betting on Pereira with this ODD and in this card I only trust in his victory. In the others it's very difficult to trust. I even thought about Aldo but there's still a lot to be seen.

I got Pereira in my card too but I am doubting Aldo. He is old but I do want to watch him since I am a fan of his prime age but putting my money seems to be a trouble for me because I know he might just play it safe and take it until the final round. If that is the case might as well just bet on the decision with Aldo winning.

Alex Pereira is @1.22 only. Big money is needed to feel the profits and I know he will win this match. But I cannot afford to risk like $1000 just to tell myself I won.
Those who can will probably put a lot of money for him because it's almost like a sure win. I would not count for an upset on this match.

Good luck on your bets guys.

Yea Good luck with your $1000 if Rountree can find that one moment in the fight where he could take advantage of. He is still one dangerous fighter who only needs one punch that could put Alex's light out. Only one opportunity that he may need to upset this fight.

When Rountree says he has a secret move against Pereira, it might just be true. He seems confident during the faceoff. But I will still bet for Pereira a small amount that he could have success in R1 KO.  Grin

Guys dont underestimate Khalil Rountree so easy.
Yes he is a big underdog and he is most likely going to lose this fight, but he is in great run, winning five of his last fights and four of them with a TKO finish against good fighters!
I am expecting more interesting fight than odds are suggesting, and this two fighters had very intense faceoff: https://youtu.be/dXe95rBm2Oo

A lot of big names on this card but no fights that I’m really excited about or care enough to bet on. The one fight that I do find intriguing and am looking forward to seeing how it plays out is Harrison vs Vieira which is a little strange considering that’s a fight between two woman and not even the main women’s event. I like the smack talk and story behind the fight though.

It will be quick for sure. If you see the stats from both fighters there is a huge difference:

6' 4'' VS 6' 1''
219 P. vs 213 P.

This one should be a really easy one for Pereira, and as users already mentioned, betting on that x1.2 isn't even worth it. I don't think Khalil has a chance but if i bet on this event i would go for Khalil to win by KO and that's a x6, which will not happen, but would be a funny bet. In sports we can always expect the impossible.

And about Aldo, i don't know what to expect from him, he used to be a big fighter, but not anymore, i wouldn't bet on him.

Finally we have UFC event with interesting fights starting from prelims, and I cant believe Jose Aldo is still competing at top level.
In main event I cant see anything else than another win for Alex Pereira against Khalil Rountree and he is heavy favorite to win like bookies are showing.
Only odds I found worth checking out is that fight wont go to the distance: https://sportsbet.io/sports/mma/ufc/ufc/matches

Wow, José Aldo is so down in his marketing that I didn't even know he was going to fight. I only found out because I just read about it here. But if you think about it, his shine is off due to the main fight. Which, by the way, I really believe will remain with Pereira.
Could of sworn Aldo was not going to fight anymore once he got inducted into the UFC fighter's hall of fame.
But he is on the card for this next event this week so he still has the mileage in the gas tank to go for it I guess.
It does give it a feel of an old-timers event with Roundtree being the main event, so might aswell of but McGregor in there just for kicks.

Here is the full video of that drunken livestream of theirs where it actually shows the casino's representative in the picture frame of the video placing bets aside a wild McGregor:
Conor McGregor goes LIVE and LOSES IT | FULL live stream

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NelLaf5ULsA

MMAGuru just discussed about this full video on his youtube channel just about four hours ago, so you know it is currently a hot topic in MMA news right now:
Conor McGregor Is Sniffing His Career Away? He Will Never Fight Again? CRAZY LIVE STREAM REACTION!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0UlWl67DLc

It was hilarious at the same time very disturbing as Conor McGregor is like sniffing his career away with gambling and with MMA Guru's comment it is also getting some more hilarious vibes while watching it, and watching Conor's video he looks very coke up in that video but yeah he is right that Conor McGregor should just stop in fighting and just go with the film industry because maybe he got a future in there than inside the octagon,

I really love it when he exposes Mike Tyson for having a Kush farm he is totally out of words while live betting and actually I can not understand his babbling it was that hard, and all of the MMA gurus saying was on point about Conor for sure McGregor can not hide something that he is really using some crazy stuff.

^^

Aldo is in the Hall of Fame, but he's still fighting. And I don't see any publicity for the fight he's going to take part in from the UFC or the fighter himself. The focus is solely on Pereira, who has already shaved his head as usual and is in war mode! I really believe he'll keep the belt. I even saw him practicing takedowns, something you don't see every day.

He misses fighting so much that he has returned to the octagon for me winning some fights at that age is really remarkable his fight on UFC 301 against a much younger Jonathan Martinez but I could be wrong as Jonathan Martinez might have been starstruck with Aldo back then that he can not land a punch that much but we will see in his fight against Mario Bautista after Bautista's win against Ricky Simon.

This event doesn't seem like an exciting one even with those names you had mentioned cabron. The promotion for this has Rountree saying on his socials: "Have a secret weapon and you will see it when I unleash it come fight night!"
That is a piss pour reason for anyone to be hyped about seeing you fight. Gave him a chance when this fight was first announced months ago and many in the UFC community were left scratching their heads, going WTF is this matchup for Pereira. But they have done absolutely nothing with it and even the embedded series have the lowest views on them.
Alot have zero interest in placing any bets on this UFC event and I am one of them.

This main event will only appeal for the hardcore UFC fans who can not miss a fight and those who watch the Contender Series religiously. And no, I am not one of those UFCers who watch so to keep track of the fighter's rankings.
I can wait until Monday to see what those are as there are many other sports to keep my interest into this coming weekend.

Well, you got the point as this fight should be against Jamal Hill but because Khalil Roundtree was suspended due to using a banned substance his fight against Hill got canceled I surely agree that even though Roundtree has stirred up some secret weapon in his sleeve it is not enough in defeating the Poatan as also for me the fight was not that interesting aswell and In that fight card as Sterling got injured and his fight against Movsar Evloev got canceled Chris Curtis left foot got fracture so Kevin Holland will now be fighting Roman Dolidze instead there are those fights that may add up but not that much got canceled.

^ 1.20 seem good to add on a parlay.

This event doesn't seem like an exciting one even with those names you had mentioned cabron.

Thier names stick in my memory though. There are remarkable fights that live long in my mind, some rare ones especially when a fighter KO'd his opponent while on the ground. Everyone will agree Roundtree doesn't look like the guy that could defeat Pereira. You just can't expect someone like his will wrestle all of a sudden. But who knows Roundtree may win. Poatan will still be fighting maybe a month or two later vs Ankalev.

They are great fighters, but Pereira has been undefeated for a long time and this gives him very low odds, so I am paying 1.20 for his victory. So, for me it is still not worth it. Regarding Aldo, it only shows that his decisions in the past had big consequences now, he should have stopped by now.

Being in the Hall of Fame I think won't make him more money. He needs to keep fighting too, all for the habit of fighting.

But his popularity is overshadowed because Pereira is the main event yet Aldo is still in the main card which I count very much. His last fight in UFC Brazil still made him look very exciting. But there are other known names on the list such as Pennington, Pena, Thompson, and Holland.  UFC 307 is still a pack of great fights.
We may be seeing Pereira fighting someone who will take him down to the ground.

What the heck!

I like the first part where MMA Guru is trying to impersonate Connor McGregor. It was a bit funny and I do hope he got the accent and the high pitch voice too as it could've been perfectly done. In fact, the whole video of him is hilarious.

I think Connor was drunk and he is always screaming on that livestream. Did he even know that he is live?  Grin
Anyway, I think he got the attention of many but the reactions are different and many people really dissected that livestream because he did so many things and said a lot of things to popular people in sports. I am not sure if he was on drugs that night but MMA Guru said something about it too. Who knows?!

I think Moicano was deep in concentration. He started way too strong that BSD might be surprised for a bit so the takedown happened and that's it.

This impressed me more.

https://x.com/KevinI/status/1840211733165592783
But his shoulder already looked like that before the fight so there's a chance it was injured more while they are fighting.

Man, BSD cannot do anything on that ground and pound, face all bloodied and when the first round is over you will definitely see it's going to be over in the next round with that big cut in his eye.
Nobody wants to end the fight like that but still Moicano was going to win it anyway even if it ended in the final round. BSD cannot see on his right side anymore and that's going to be a problem.
It was a fight night but damn, it looks like a UFC 30"?" because of the fans.

@rdbase Congratulations. That's brave taking the underdog.

Salute! to Renato Moicano he is surely fixed in the fight that Benoit Saint-Denis doesn't know what is going on, the sole focus of him getting those advantages against Saint-Denis is really remarkable controlling the fight well-roundedly is something that many didn't expect from Moicano he has said that he will return in the octagon with his best condition and that he is the best and will dominate his division for sure his interview in the Octagon with Joe Rogan was really hilarious and a must watch if you are a fan of Renato Moicano here is the link.

UFC 307: Pereira vs. Rountree
https://www.tapology.com/fightcenter/events/116146-ufc-307

Kevin Holland, hmm I think I will bet for him. Alex Pereira for my main event, and I am risking my money for Julianna Peña who is the underdog of that fight. Aldo is also an underdog against Bautista so I might pass on this one. I don't know, I feel like Aldo could still surprise us so I am taking the safety route.

Good luck with your bets everyone.

Great! I really love this one and Alex Pereira will be fighting Rountree for me is a treat right now here are the fights that I think will surely be great to watch in this fight card

Alex Pereira  vs.  Khalil Rountree Jr.
José Aldo  vs.  Mario Bautista
Roman Dolidze  vs.  Kevin Holland
Ovince St. Preux  vs.  Ryan Spann

Right now I will be for Alex Pereira even though Khalil Rountree Jr. is good with his knockouts I think Alex Pereira is even better as a knockout artist for Jose Aldo vs. Mario Bautista I like Jose Aldo even though Mario Bautista is younger I think Aldo can still get a win but I will look further into this fight and I really like to see Aldo fight again, Roman Dolidze  vs.  Kevin Holland I will be for Kevin Holland in this fight as his best friend is the champion right now while Ovince St. Preux  vs.  Ryan Spann I will be for Ovince St. Preux for this one

Moicano accused MMA journalists of being French lol and he was complaining the commission is keeping his rank down which he claimed he should have been in the rank 6th in the LW because of the winning streak he did up to his latest win. Somehow I could agree with him about this rank squat that fights do without fighting for years.

Heard about Moicano coming into this fight injured just yesterday too.
If he can perform like that with a dislocated clavicle then I would like to see him fight fully healthy.
That would be the money show.

Did anyone else see McGregor on a sponsored crypto casino apparently drunk during a livestream event the past couple of days?
Conor McGregor goes absolutely wild on drunken livestream

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BqL4JRA3tY

Not sure if this was for publicity since he making himself into a joke at fighting for the UFC at this point.
But it seems like he is trying to get attention for saying he wants to fight Belal.
And what is funny now is, Belal is saying he won't take the fight because it is just sad to fight a broken down McGregor.
Don't know what he is thinking because that would be the biggest payday of his career.
Before winning the title, his name wouldn't even come up in the same sentence as Conor.

He promoted the Duelbits since the promotion of Chandler vs Conor. Now that it was canceled, he is up to Belal.
However, it's not reasonable to also grant Conor a fight against a champ without having to prove himself worth it. If it's just for money though Belal could accept the fight win or lose it will be a huge paycheck for him.
