sounds easy. yup, I agree. rather than users having to do KYC it is better to do it using videocall, personal data is very sensitive if used outside the owner knowledge. developers can use AI BOT to verify KYC so that it can be done quickly simultaneous.

Here in our country, we are doing it in our exchange but I have not seen it required on any ICO that I've participated and none of my friends who are participating in ICO with KYC participated on that kind of KYC, one reason is time-consuming there are at least 4000 bounty participants and a huge number of investors , their support cannot keep up.

i heard a video call with an exchange back jaunary. it was successfull and i was happy about it. i think it is fun and cool. kyc might not be that important but it is a means of preventing multi registrations and scam activites.

Nothing is impossible and the idea is not bad but in this kind of KYC verification it is really hard because this is an extra cost for the time who manage it. I think this kind of KYC needs a plan well to happen.
I think this is only applicable for people who want higher limits in exchanges or in buying in ICO. I also heard same thing from the local exchange from where I'm residing, they are asking for video call to verify and upgrade your status,after finishing the call and you've pass from what they're requiring your account will be upgraded to the max limits. I had to a video call from Liquid exchange employees. All because of the fact that I made a mistake once, when i filling out the form. We used whatsapp for communication. It took about a couple of minutes, after which the kyc procedure was completed.
for urgent condition we need to do this to prevent fraud.too many case that make exchanges have to do this way since hacking in exchanges happen.

This is a much better way of how to protect projects from fraud participants, because I have already read enough posts about faking KYC documents. Moreover, it is much faster, because everything is done within several minutes.
