If you want to work for the future, then you should be abstracted from all this and stop looking at prices for weeks. If you just hold the coins, it will help you.
Many people predict good growth by the end of the year and I also hope so. In my opinion, it is worthwhile to hold coins for another 2-3 months.
Let's not guess but just study technical analyses and news background which informs us about the change of market trends. Until then, there's nothing to discuss, we're just wasting our time. Will the rise take place at the end of this year? If it is, that will be great! If it isn't, well, we'll wait for other 6 months and accumulate more reserves!
Panic selling is a horrible idea. You better HODL until the market recovers. I mean, that obviously depends on if the tokens you are holding are valuable or not. I can't speak for that. I say if it's a pretty popular coin then don't sell. The others I'm not sure about. It depends on their value and the perception of that value. But its need a long long time that you have to waiting for recovery the value of coin.

my advice is better to hold it first gan, than you sell in situations that are not possible so better resistant, and do not panic to overcome this. because this is all we have to do through our minds. if our minds have panicked then all will be dispersed

No need to panic, you are not having a loss until you sell off your investment. The market just keeps on crashing everyday and the only thing we can do right now is just hold on to our bags. If you can't handle the volatility then you shouldn't have invested in crypto at all because this market is simply too volatile and you should only invest the amount which you can afford to lose.
There could be fall of coin sometimes but it doesn't stay like that forever, always remember this is Crypto which means rise and fall can occur and if you plan on holding for long I don't see any reason for you to panic because to my view the market will be back to it's position even more. Comparing with March your portfolio now must have fallen even below 30%..Everybody say that the market decline is something temporary and that we should wait for the rise, but it all depends on how much money you are ready to lose and on the coins you are holding.
Alts are experiencing hard times, so I would recommend revising your portfolio and getting rid of the coins that fell below 50% of their initial price.
