hope you sold them for usd, cause even if you sold your coins for btc, you properly get lost ^^market was kind of very bad recent months.

Just hold your coins during the correction period and they will gives you an advantage in the future. The market will soon recover and everything will be fine.
All kind of investment are risky. Don't panic about the present market down and it not good idea that sale your all token in low price keep patience and wait few month market will come back very strongly.

it depends on you, if you have done an analysis of the coins you have and according to you the coin will be difficult to recover and it will decrease, you can sell it to cut the losses and invest it into another potentially coin. But, if you think the coins you have only a slight spike and will recover, holding it is best. So do what you think is right to do.
