don't panic, it is very important. do not hurry in taking decisions. monitor market conditions and the movement of the price think carefully if you believe there is still potential for price increases then hold first.
you should hold on to your altcoins perhaps in the cryptocurrency world it is just normal that the coins price will fluctuate in this kind of situations you should trust your coins eventually they will recover but if it comes to the point that it also threatens to take must of your profit and capital do the right choice and sell it cause it will just be a burden to you and will not give anything good and will just take away all of your hardwork into ashes.
It will be better for you if you hold this coin. When the price of bitcoin will grow up the rest of the coin will also grow up. So do not worry and keep patience.
When you panic again, my advice is to be patient first and see altcoin in the market start moving slowly until the panic will be slightly reduced, all the holders are waiting for the green market
I personally hodling through all dips. Just don't worry and do other things while it's dumped.

I would recommend you to hold sir or consider invest on other coins. I believe if you hold coins on top 100 and you already lose 30 % it would be better to hold it cause i do think coin on top 100 will soon bounce back and they are, are a great coins so you need some patience and believe. Now market is dropping again, but you know since you post this thread, market is ever to almost 10k before.So, we just need time to break it again.

You can sell if you are sure that the price will fall even more.
If there is no such confidence, it is better not to sell.
You risk losing money.
I keep all my coins in spite of the fact that the market is falling and some of them have lost much in price.

sell only coins that have low potential, and hold a coin that has a high potential that the price will rise again, to anticipate just sell the new coins you can to avoid a drastic price reduction even though this act is not commendable
You better keep the asset a few months ahead because if the sale now automatically losses are very large so you are patient enough and always optimistic that the coin will increase after various issues begin to subside.
Just be patient and dont be panic on whats happening in the market today maybe altcoins may down sometimes but wait for it to bounce back again. Dont sell anything yet you will regret it.

Just hold dude whenever the market is falling down, you will lose everything if you sell it but if you plan to hold it you will be safe. We all know that the market is so volatile, it will rise again dude no matter what it takes. Only the value of the coin will turn down, but the quantity of your coin will remain.
Sell a portion if you really need it, and buy a potentially potential coin in the future, and cheap, like Doge and Xrp. May you always be lucky.

There is a big possibility that the value of your coins will actually drop even further more then the 30 percent before they start recovering so what you should do is ready yourself for the worst and be prepared to hold. Selling your coins is a bad idea as you will be selling at a loss instead of making profit so you want to avoid that.
Maybe it will give a you a better perspective of what to do. It's possible your altcoins wouldn't be spending much time dwelling in the cellar for long.
It will probably regain high price again within this year, some other season, since the year have just started too, so do not fret.
