If your altcoins do not have all your money, just wait for the market to recover, the main thing that you have in the portfolio were not dead altcoins, which in the future will not need anyone, they have a great chance to lose everything, and if the portfolio consists of the top 50-100 coinmarketcap, then you should not worry much, sooner or later prices return to their value.

Best thing to do now holds as you can see the market is recovering now I am sure soon you will recover your loss if you hold but if you sell from here and market recovers more you will regret so it's better to hold and wait for the market to recover and get good profits.

Thanks for heavens I was wise enough to sell part of my bitcoins when it was in peak. Thereby I didn’t suffered at all after last fall of prices. Believe me keeping eye on market charts is very useful habit.

You will be ok as long as you have not sold your bag and the HODL until next year or so. If you decide to sell to lose then everything is over when the price goes up again since you will lose your money and tokens.

If you you won’t loss your money you have keep and save your altcoin now and wait for altcoin will be on the high price. If you want to sell your altcoin now you will be loss more than 30% of your money. But you can hold your altcoin and wait for one month or more and keep until bitcoin and your altcoin will be high. Usually on the middle years altcoin or bitcoin will always have good and high price.

At first - don't panic. Don't sell in case of loss.
Just calculate the profits and losses on each of your tokens and then you can sell tokens with profit and hold "loss" coins until the prices go up.

You will not lose more as long as you don't sell your altcoins. Set your selling price, go for your activities and have fun, come back in a few months, then you can smile again. The fall of the market is normal in trading, don't worry too much. The important thing is you do not panic. Be patient because the market will be normal again, it just need takes some time.
