Many of us suffering on this situation right now. One thing we could do is be long term holder and wait for the market to come back to rise.
You better keep the asset a few months ahead because if the sale now automatically losses are very large so you are patient enough and always optimistic that the coin will increase after various issues begin to subside.
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
It is very normal when compared to the price of last December, but you should try to know its true value, you can do some research about this project to see if it is still potential, than you can choose to hold or sell.
Hodl. do not sell have more patience don't be panic at this time it's a normal that coins fallen but they will rise up again don't be negative it's better to wait than to regret.
Hold for a bit longer. It might have fallen this time but it will eventually rise up. Just have patience. Situation will improve and holding coins will certainly create a good market.

People better to observe their tokens, to study and predict what might happened, follow the clues, the news. With blind beveling you gotta end with no penny at your pocket
I suggest try to do something that you think is right to do. cutting loses is not necessarily good and bad but doing what you think is right would make your heart feel at ease. Better do something you might be proud of than believe on someone you completely don't know. Though I really suggest holding coins would create good benefits for the market.
For me it depends on what goals we had sell or hold.If my financial situation setting up an emergency,specially in our health I sell it.If I had no problem with my financial,then I hold for my savings in a longer term

In my suggestion for now wait until it goes back to green, And trust your altcoins it will gonna go back to normal.

you should not be too panic with the price reduction if you are confident with your investment will experience profits in the future so it takes patience if the future will be a price increase so rapidly ose more. Selling or hodl?
In my suggestion Hold it until it goes back to green. you can buy more altcoins if you want because of the low price.
If you hold it then you must truly understand that there's no motivation for going green too long and goes higher than it even was at months ago.
It is natural in the market, Just hold it and wait until the value of your coin rises again then if you're really afraid you can trade that and withdraw.

Okay don't panic this this time. Just hold that and wait when the market price will rise again. It's just normal that the value of token will go over down so much, I think this because of the cycle of the price in the market.
In the crypto market we have to hold this for the future and now the best way to get successful in the future and now the bitcoin and altcoin market falling so if we sell our coins then we will bear huge losses and being the crypto user we have to take some risk also and i believe that it is good for the future you have to hold for this moment soon you will happy by this decision.
If you sell now, then you will lose 30%. And also, perhaps, you will be one of those who will provoke a bigger falling. Retain and do not panic.
if i were in that position. then I will still make the decision to survive, because basically that is reduced only nominal course, not the coin we are holding. so than the better loss I will hold on until any amount of it later
