I really experienced having some anger issues, especially when i have a lot of work, that is why i used to control or handle my anger issues by playing games on my phone and watching funny videos in facebook or youtube that keeps me away from the things that i am being angry of.

I am not a hot headed person and not an easily get angry.I get to be angry when some one made a big mistakes.and I calm down my anger by deep breath and think things first before I speak.
I know when you are angry the emotion you felt is hard to control so what I will do is to take a deep breath and always think what should I do.

I also not a headed person, but when we are working on society then most of the things and person make us anger, because everyone has different nature and sometime our elders convince us to do that work which we don't like it, then we get angry on it, then we should find a solution to calm ourself.   
It needs to have an alternative just in case you already heating up, calming yourself might be a tough job but if we can do something and make a use to it then we can use it as reliever, finding ways to ensure that you are still in control of yourself decisions and set your self out of possibilities to over react when you are reaching your limits.

When i'm angry or get sad, I try to remember how silly and fleeting our emotions are. I'm sure when we were kids losing our favorite toy felt like the absolute end of the world but a year later we would look back and be bored of that toy and want it gone. The stakes are a little bit higher as an adult, but not by much. Is that idiot almost crashing into you worthy of rage? Probably not.

Many times nowadays I have learned many things about this, I live in a Country where they constantly take away your Electricity, water, Internet and domestic gas service, there comes a time where a lot of your patience, your strength is put to the test also, but I've managed to come up with a small solution, which is, first of all, it's not worth it to make an effort to be wrong, because it just does not fix anything, if it rages, that somehow fuels the corrupt government that does it , and third I think that anger is a reason for people to start getting sick little by little.

Now what I do is simply think about solutions, solutions that contribute in some way to have more progress and how to live in a country ruled by tyrants and has a cowardly people, a single person will not make a difference in more than 30 million cowards in their Most including army, then it is better to live life looking for improvements and having more ideas to achieve a good life, or at least a normal life.

I am in favor of those who’d sleep the anger off. It helps make my mind at ease, although it’s not a solution, it makes me better to converse with. I try my best at all times to understand the situation, be in the shoes of the other person, or seek to be reasonable. It’s hard, so what I do, I tell the person/s to stop talking first, and we both take our time to ponder and be quiet. Once I’ve cooled off, I’ll ask if he/she has too and then we’ll talk about what happened. It’s worth the try! Or you can count to ten.

I'll get some stick of cigarettes to get out my anger and after that if I already recover a liitle bit i go to my friend and drinks some beer to forget all about haha.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
watching good movies will really helpful for reducing the tension in your mind when you are in The angry it will definitely reduce your pressure in your mind after watching a good movie .

when I'm angry I try to calm down by running, singing or dancing.
Also practising yoga and playing with my dog helping me to be quiet  Cheesy
