Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

Actually, we get angry when no one give us respect or may be some other matters, but i have a solution which i do it sometime when i want to calm down myself.
Firstly leave this place where you are here, if you are at home then go to the out side and drink a cold drinks and sit in the park. On the other hand, if you are in outside and you are angry to someone then come to home and drink a glass of cold water and go to bed and take rest.

Watching good acts of humans on youtube, saving puppies or stray doggos stuff like that, silly bird videos. Stuff that makes me giggle.

Reminding myself whatever pain I am in there is people in much more pain, people with much less, people who can`t even get out of their wheel chairs.

The most effective way is to stop what you are doing and start counting backwards 3, 2 ,1  3, 2, 1  3, 2, 1 until you got more of a clear mindset.

Sometimes having anger is a good thing, it is not always bad. I have used my anger to achieve many things.

Know others may anger you, but you are in control of your own emotions, you create your own anger. It is only normal to have rage within you and it is best to let it out rather than it building up and you snapping 100%. Punch a pillow, Swear real loud, get it out of you. Just never harm another person or creature because of your emotions.

I have a idea for reducing the angry and it will be very easy to follow that is we need to eat some of our favourite foods then take a sleep it will definitely reduce the angle in everyone's mind that is the step followed by me.
When you are angry and I'm talking about being really angry you don't care anymore about eating something or sleeping and you are only thinking in the present moment. So in order to resolve this problem you have to find a quick solution, something that calms you down in a matter of seconds or minutes otherwise thing will get ugly for you.

Ok the quick way out of stress most times is to connect with God , then the physical way is to workout real hard. Those are my radical steps for now

Normally i stay alone even don't talk to anyone switch off my mobile phone  Angry when i get cold everything seems to be ok  Cool

I'm usually trying to stop conversation or anything else what makes me angry.
I'm trying to do something else and forget about it.
When I calm down I try to rationally analyze everything and to find solution how to get rid of anger.

What I normally do is I keep silent and distance from the person i’m angry with and try to think things over and after a few minutes i’ll be fine and forget what happened. Kidding aside, I didn’t really forget its just that i’m calmed down and I was able to talk with the person in a good way and so long as he/she says sorry sincerely then everything will be fine. Sometimes I listened to music, it also helps in calming your senses.  Smiley

I do nothing, but just to put a spoon full of water in my mouth when I get angry. It will work for me.

What a coincidence to find a fellow player of Vegas here. You gotta agree that gambling can help calm yourself down since exploding your anger only leads to more losses when you play so you really have no choice to but to calm down. And since Vegas really offers good deals, I can already calm down just by seeing them, haha Not to mention that you can also have a lot of fun with the games they have which include blackjack and slots so it can really help calm down oneself.

The most important thing is not to react immediately.
It's best to keep quiet and wait for some time, best until the next day.
When emotions disappear, rational thinking can begin and we can overcome our negative feelings.
Of course others have other successful methods.

If somebody pisses me off I always imagine myself beating the crap out of him. Don't know if this is a good way to calm down but it works c;

I am not doing anything for calm down it will definitely reduced after sometime because it will not be a natural thing it will came only if you are in a tension of pressure situation if the pressure situation was solved then Dangar also gone easily.

I am going to a barber shop and make a haircut this will makes me to reduce my anger and make me feel better respecting I am doing every time when I was anger.

The angle will be reduced if I sleep or not in sentence it will helpful to reduce the tension and pressure also so if I was angle with some reasons I reach to take the sleep at least she was it will definitely helpful for me too forget everything in the past.

If I was hunger I will be e in not control the situation so I take some things to drop down and make my anger to down in sometimes it will be helpful to broke something which will not been useful in our life this is the thing that I have been doing every time.
