I do not remember even that day when I was angry , just in a bad mood , and I'm not really angry , quickly passes in a bad mood

I try to overcome my anger with the help of meditation. This is the only thing that can calm me in a stressful situation.
This is the way he used it and it always works with me.
I use yoga to get rid of my anger,
Regular exercise helps control anger. And avoid the things that bother me

Go take a walk. I normally remove myself from the situation which is causing me the anger and return later once I've cooled down.

I also take a walk every time I feel anger, although it does not help all the time, depends on how much anger I have

Well I can tell you so I control your emotions , we are human beings and not animals , anger of course, he comes sometimes in me, but I keep it and try to think
this is what I do. I keep it if I can do but because that emotions sometimes it's hard for me to cover so I can show but most of the time when Im anger ti the person I keep it to not hurt him because we know if you are anger all you can do even that bad things so once we anger leave and think how to calm down.

Anger is a destructive habit and many of us are really suffering from it.  I think we really need to manage it in other to be productive.  I do pray when I am angry or sing spiritual songs.  Most times I also add medications and using positive repeatative words . It is good if we can train ourselves that word will not hurt us.

Look at yourself from the side. Fix it for yourself - "I am angry, I am angry." As an observer. And for yourself, express your intention - "yes, I am angry, but I want to react to this situation calmly and with humor." After a while, your reaction will be in line with your intention.

Found out the hard way that outbursts of anger only hurt me. So now I go quiet and deal with the emotion in my alone time.

When I am angry I tend to be alone I don't want to affect somebody with it.
I would just sit or relax until I got rid of it.

I know how to control my emotion but Im feeling anger sometimes to that person but I not show it to him/her i will keep it to my self to not start fighting but sometimes when Im anger what ever I want to say I say that even bad words because sometimes it's enough to become a good person for them because they are obviously abusing me.  I go to very far places and cry and listening music for me to clam down.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

To be honest when I am angry i eat a lot of food and go to sleep that's what I do when I was angry.

I calmed my anger down such a long time ago that I forgot that it was even there. It was so long ago that I don't remember what I did to calm it down.

Hola,
Creo que hay veces que debemos tomarnos las cosas con más calma. Yo he tenido problemas en el pasado y afortunadamente conseguí la ayuda que necesitaba y ahora estoy mucho mejor.
Acudí a la ayuda psicológica online y ahora veo todo con mucha mas calma sin que me afecte e intentando buscar soluciones en vez de enfadarme.
os recomiendo que lo intentéis vosotros también.

This has been my issue for a long period of time, and recently I've learned to control it. When I'm angry I can't control myself and do things I'll regret later and be sorry for. So a day came and I started to challenge myself to control it, it takes time but eventually, I made it. What I did is I focus internally WHY I'm mad and is it worth it. Then redirect that energy into something useful and productive as a way to calm me, like playing gambling games in Vegascasino, etc. After that, is the time that I'll face the issue and solve it.
Redirecting negative vibes into something productive is really a way of getting a positive things like what you have said, gambling. I also play online gambling games, may i know where you play at?

It's just the matter of finding the perfect game for you to play.

Playing games are good to make someone calmer about life issues. Though it would be hard to find a perfect game with all these games in the internet. How would you find it?

You can try browsing through the lists on the net or try looking at online gaming sites. They have variety of games to choose from. You can try some of them and you might find out a perfect game for your preferences.

I suffer from this problem a lot. All I do is change the place where I was created and try to change the work that caused me anger and get away from the conversation of people who cause high pressure to me .. and remember the beautiful things.. Smiley Smiley
