Being in control with your anger is really important. Because if you let yourself uncontrollable when you are angry will definitely make you in trouble. So my technique everytime I am angry, I go to other place that will let me relax my mind and body. That way it helps me calm and forget the anger.

When you are angry but don`t react angry then you actually are curing the anger. It sounds obvious but it`s true.
The cause of you anger are your thoughts.  For example your friend is 10 min late and now your thoughts go something like this:
"He doesn`t respect me. He is been so lazy. I knew meeting him was a bad idea. It was better to stay home." Now with that set
of thoughts you must feel angry. I would recommend something like this. "He is late. Maybe something came up? Did anything happen
to him?" Now you should not feel angry. Curiosity is the cure and blame is not.

Doing sports is my usual way to combat stress - it doesn't require anything or anyone in your proximity so that's a real self-sustaining method.

You’ve been given a wide spectrum of emotions for a reason, so use them. Suppressing your anger is unhealthy. It can lead to ulcers and heart disease, never mind the damage it can do to your relationships and overall sense of well-being.

Just think about good stuff,listen to music that relaxes you and your mind of course. You can also use anger on your work for example or something usefull. There would be no anger if anger is bad thing. It is bad but also it helps people look at their boundaries. So maybe next time the same thing you got mad on won't be so frustrating. In that way or another.

Just put to your mind that anger will not solve anything. When the time comes that your anger issue hits, try to hold yourself together so that you wont do a thing that you might regret later. Give yourself some time to express your anger through doing things that gives your heart joy so that it will replace the negative thoughts in your head.

good solution work for me is to run hard for 30+ minutes alone in wide area taking some fresh air .

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
When I get angry, I drink a lot of water. That is my habit. and my anger disappeared

I think the best way is to prevent it. Try to not let whatever is trying to get you get to you. This will make it much easier to keep your cool in the first place.
