usually I go recreate to the mountains to breathe fresh air that makes my body and my mind become fresh again so that the stress that is in my mind can be reduced and the self can calm down again. Cool

Anger makes one to do something notorious. I am someone who gets angry frequently. I try to engage myself whenever I m in an angry mood. Maybe reading bible and stories books in order to help me forget about what got me angered.

I take a deep breath, and talk to myself. I tell myself to keep calm, not to get angry and relax. I then move out of the place where the situation is going on. If it is a place where I cannot move, I tell myself not to get angry. I tell myself am not gonna respond to what is happening. 👌

To take a walk, or listen to slow music.
Sometimes to stare at the sea or any wide open spaces.
Talk about our happy past with loved ones.

so guys, i have a solution about how to calm down you're anger. and what i do when i get angry is get away from the people and leave my self alone and keep breathing deep and let all problem go by the breath. the important thing is you mus go away from the people because the sound of people can increase you're anger.

I try to lift heavier weights I have a hard time lifting. The adrenaline rush makes them weight 40% less.

I was silent and closed my eyes when I was angry, doing so anger would decrease. I try to think good things, fun things and the best things possible. Since I know when I'm angry, i will not be in control of my bad actions. Let's get rid of our anger, we'll deal with it later.

You just don't think about it too much. I know it's hard but you gotta do it. Let it go and eat it out or work it out, whichever way works for you to calm down that anger. And then try to forgive.

Overcoming anger problems is not the right solution. calm and be patient looking for friends if you can make you laugh
