I am a verry  good person but when im angry its hard to control it ..its better not to see the person that i hate.. its takes time for me to calm down...

It's hard for me to ease my anger, firstly I need to get rid of it, and then I can calm it down

I have a very hard time controlling my anger once I am at the point of being angry. I do my best not to let it get to that point and if I ever do get to that point I evade everyone and anyone isolate myself and find something that I can release my anger on with a show of destruction.

every person must have been angry, but there are people who are patient there who like angry. if I'm angry, I should be able to control myself. do not continue to be angry with how to forgive.

I simply stop doing that which made me angry. If it's a colleague - I just turn away and forget that he has ever existed.
It actually works. Spend 10-15 mins like that - and the world is fine again Smiley

Go for a long walk until the anger has gone. Counting to 10 also helps.

I usually listen to music or read stories from the internet and I kept quiet at times when I'm mad/angry.

Anger is a natural feeling. I have learned to let my anger out only when it needs to. When all things are said and done, I stay silent and reflect. I take a deep breath and ask myself "Does being angry the whole day make me a better person?" And I always get NO as a response. To help me handle this emotion properly, I try to know myself more day by day. I identify the things that infuriate me so I can avoid being angered. Moreover, I train myself to pause and examine the words on my mind before I say them so I wouldn't sound offensive. Lastly, I teach myself to be patient by setting goals. One quote says, "Patience is bitter but its fruit is sweet."

I watch movies or anime, its the 1 thing that can cool me down when im angry...

I try to let it out. Vent some stuff out kinda like an outlet or distraction to channel the anger and rage.
Music helps a lot, read comics later. But the most effective method on my part is to jog or skate.
I Try to worn myself out, helps clear the mind.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

1st I`m imagine place, where I can relax (for example warm Islands with blue ocean), than i make green tea. But most effective - listen favorite music, like chillout house, or something this kind of music.

ill walk my 2 lovely dogs outside and tryna eat some sweets so that my tempers calm down. and i want to be alone not disturbing by others

I try to voice it out to those who are willing to listen. Honestly, i calm down. Sometimes, i write or just overthink and then eventually, i am fine again.
