I log into my wallets to look at the altcoins  Wink. I'm in plus everywhere and that makes me feel better.

More seriously - try to find out WHY you're feeling anger. Once you know that, it's easier to remove/deal with the reason for anger and get it under control.

Music normally helps.  Sleep is the best if it's possible!

each time you feeling angry just say nothing. Start to count slowly until 50. Then you will have much more clear picture and definitely you will not regret for something you said or did. Smiley

Take a step back, re-assess, and then look at the pros and cons of my actions.  Acting out in anger tends to be very emotional and so we don't make the best choices when we're angry.

when i get angry i will take a deep breath and then release it slowly
but if that does not work I go take a bath

Whenever I get angry, I just don't want to talk and I just get myself busy and listen to a very loud music.
I've been wondering why this was a thing... somehow everyone seems to escape into music.

You can change the environment removing yourself from the situation that causes you anger. Go for a walk, turn on some music, play with a pet or just stay alone.

Getting laid is also a very good stress reliever!

I guess it would slightly depend on why in the first place.  But I try to rememeber that you gain nothing from it, and deep breath.
