think one of the best strategies is to write down EXACTLY what is stressing you out and why. I find that I feel out of control when I have a million different thoughts going on in my head, but when I take the time to write them down, they somehow seem much more manageable and concrete.

Often stop breathing, bite my lips and walk away to scream some place where I'll be alone. Yeah I do punch the wall or stuffs around sometimes.

Smash somethiing.
I know it sounds primitive.
But physical exercise + destructing something is a awfully good outlet for anger.

I do not want to be angry anymore .. because I do not want a mess and I do not want to hurt people because .. then I keep up the ball for losing your strees in my body and I can not remember that I'm angry.

Shout your lungs out again and again, till you get tired. to release all the anger.
Then drink plenty of water.
for me just listen music and Cry out to the LORD and Pray then after that my anger was gone...

You get out of the place where you are angry and it is very important to calm your mind. You should always think you're better than them that you are matured enough not to argue or be mad about them

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

As for me, I shut away the world by plugging in my earphones and listening to some upbeat, lively music. Those songs which can make you smile. Only a few moments and the anger will fade away. Other things I do is watch nigahiga's vids that I downloaded and just a few minutes, I'll be laughing so hard. Hehe. Wink

I just take a full breath and stop what i'm doing because when you are anger the chance of doing unnecessary things is high and it might end in bad things like hurting yourself or someone within your range.
