I am also receiving in my campaign altcoin and I am waiting for the right time to sell it. There is not that much to do but to hold it for now. Who knows with what you are holding now could get some quick profits. Although I am not expecting for it but if it happens then thank you. So like what everyone is telling, we do nothing and hold it and see if something is going to come out of it.
i have several altcoins sitting idle in my wallet with their prices dropping very significantly from their initial prices. i bought these altcoins during the defi trend some time ago with the expectation that i could get high profits from them, but unfortunately the developers either ran away or no one was using their services anymore which caused the price to drop significantly. so now i just let it sit in my wallet and i don't plan to do anything about it, i just leave it there as a reminder that i made a very stupid investment and believed too much in market speculation.
The best thing to do is to rather hodl it because the price may not really be anything right now, but why trade an opportunity for just a little amount of money. You can rather hodl it and just assume you bought it to invest in the project. Because remember that people are actually buying and hoarding the same cryptocurrency. Who knows, what is under looked today could be worth a lot more in the future.
We don't have much options apart from hodling because it would be foolishness to sell when the value has dropped be aur we have seen most of the Altcoins especially the ones you get through bounty drops heavily hence we need to wait for that one moment when the price starts increasing order to sell it off. The only problem here is we often don't get to see the rise as they tend to die.
Cryptocurrency is about hodling, and it is impossible not to hodl and expect the to have value. The target is always to hodl and when it becomes profitable the next step is to sell out. I know some altcoins even if you hodl it they may still not add value in the market but their is still no option than to hodl because you can not sell a coin that has no value in the market, before a coin is to be sold out at least it must be valuable in the market. 
Nobody has knowledge about the altcoins that what will be the upcoming days of altcoins? There will be surge or decrease in altcoins price is unknown. So If you are rewarded with altcoins then think about its profit, if you are in profit and you cannot see more dump then sell it.
On contrast if you don't have need of money and you can easily manage the activities then let your coins to elevate in price in coming Bull run. Most of the time the altcoins increase in price after months but there is also a chance that price will go down and eventually your altcoins will become invaluable. No one can tell which ones will survive and which ones won't.
Some alts I kept holding were abandoned and eventually ceased to exist while some went to lows to never recover from — still existing but meager volume and low price, and there was one that rose to new heights after rebrand which was ETHLEND, now AAVE.
What I'd suggest is to hold it if it's not worth to sell. I had received around 50 ETHLEND tokens, sold them peanuts, and AAVE's ath is 661$, still trading above $100.
Unfortunately, the majority of alts are dead on delivery. And sometimes it's better to just sell them at current levels while they have any price
some don't even have a current price. Their are done that has a value as low as $0.0023, would you still want to sell it?I guess from the advice I have seen so far, it's better to hold it and hope that it price goes up in the nearest future. But this could be challenging, you might not take the wallet private key seriously and if it value finally comes up, it becomes a huge problem for you.

If the value of the coin is too small, then you just simply let it be in the wallet maybe in the future the price will increase but if its low value but worthy enough to be cashed out then I guess just cash it out, use it for retroactive airdrop or even trading maybe that way you can have some good additional profit after all the thing with newer altcoin and also the one that have low value at the beginning, they tend to lose their value overtime and eventually get delisted, i've seen many altcoin that just losing liquidity and eventually the liquidity hits zero as the time goes.
therefore take advantage when it still have liquidity for you to exit, after all, whats the use of altcoin thats just collecting dust its literally just populating our address with some random tokens.
if we happen to get rewarded with token thats just meh, cash out, use it for other thing to grow capital and move on, thats the wisest way.

Seriously I haven't taken part in any signature campaign that pays it participants in coins, but the thing is that I have been involved in a few airdrop and my experience with those tokens/coins has been nothing to write home about, The majority of them have become a total spam couns in my wallet. While some few of them are of low value and with no hope of any future recovery for them, so for that point I just look away from the whole thing and concentrate on the real investment in those few coins that have real value and proven templates to work with other than just creating hopes with and in worthless coins.

The best you can do is to wait for the price to pick up especially fro those tokens on the Ethereum network, the transaction fees will rob you of your gains, some of these tokens will go to zero in value but those that will pump will make it worth it. We are entering into the bull market anything is possible

I have felt in this position and there are several tokens or coins in my wallet, almost all of which have no value. if so, what should I do? Do you keep holding it hoping that the price will finally come up since it seems you can't actually trade it with it current value.
Yapp forget it. because after all we can't delete it in the wallet. If it has been exchanged then monitor the price to see if there is still trading volume or not. and also monitor how the project is progressing. If there's still a chance, just hold on. if not, just sell it or leave it alone and move on.
if the amount you will get in turning them to USD is just less than $10, i think exchanges wouldn;t allow it. i saw this on binance and if this is so then you are bound to just hold them.

This depends on the token we are converting. There are some exchanges that we can convert any amount of token depending on the market cap of the token and the value. Although this might not be allowed in some exchanges but we can still swap available tokens easily. There are different project in the market which we can decide to invest in depending on our interest and what we plan to benefit in the market. Meme coins are one of the projects we can invest in and make some profits for ourselves. if you find out there are casinos that accept those tokens, i think it's good to just gamble them away to see if you are lucky enough to make more out of it.
If those tokens are worthless then it will force those tokens to keep you entertained indefinitely. But you can store tokens of good projects in your wallet for a long time and its feedback can appear well. There are so many tokens in my wallet that i earned from bounty and they are now absolutely valueless so i can't sell them even if I want to. However the number of good project bounties is very low so go for it now and sell the tokens when you get them.

Of course, some coins are still very cheap. Selling them at this price is unlikely to make a substantial profit. If the projects are good, have a future use case, have an active team and a strong community, then they can be expected to improve in the future. Then they can be held for the future in the hope that we can get a good profit from them in such a situation. However, they can be kept on this basis, there is no other way.
After the campaign ends nothing can be said for sure whether it will be useless or successful, as I said if it keeps updating its project, good expectations can be set, otherwise it will remain with us, but we Nothing will be gained from them. However, we should hope well and continue our efforts.

Altcoins cannot hold their value for long because there are huge amount of Altcoins competing with each other in the market. There is not just one altcoin in the market like bitcoin but thousands of altcoins so investors are always changing their investment choice. And the price of altcoin fell quickly. So I don't think holding Altcoins long term can be a good decision. If you want to hold long term it should only be Bitcoin. Almost 100% guaranteed that altcoin becomes worthless if it’s valueless after the campaign since it only means that there’s no demand on it and team usually abandoned project like this because they have nothing to gain on pursuing the development of dead project even at the beginning of the project.
I have tons of worthless altcoin that I gain from signature campaign during 2017and still valueless until. I’m not hoping that it will have any value even in the future because there’s no devs developing it anymore.

I still have my altcoins in my wallet that came from the bounty campaign, and I can't do anything about it since most of them are still at a lower price and the reward is not that high before, you can just ignore it and wait for the right time to sell though of course there's no guarantee for those low value altcoins, just take the risk and expect less. Altcoins with a low value are just being ignored, it's hard to attract investors if the project itself is not ok fundamentally. There are many project tokens which are not listed in the market but later get listed and come at a good price. My fast job was in an altcoin campaign but till now I didn't get coins from that campaign then I never worked in any other altcoin campaign. But if I had altcoins that were very low price or not listed in the market I would definitely keep those coins if they are of good quality or could go to a good position in the future. Because there are many campaign teams that work according to the team road map and later on listing a good exchange, the price of that coin becomes very good.
