The main problem is scam project. We didn't get paid after participate long time any project. Others problem is sign up, KYC and manually withdraw token by me.
My biggest obstacle is very obvious and it must meet all the hunters, this is an error in the selection of the bounty campaigns, I'm certainly still a newbie and don't know much, but I have done 3 campaigns and 2 of them collected money and I was left without awards, and the project which ended successfully for more than 3 months do not pay rewards. Don't understand why that is, maybe I still don't understand something here.
At the present time we need to be wise in choosing bounty campaign because we need to avoid many scam project that are scattered in the bounty section. As one of the bounty hunters here in the forum I experience many problem in participating and in many bounty campaign,some are not paying their participants, and some are paying their participants with the useless token, useless because that token is not listed in any exchange for almost a years left. Thats my experience so, I decide to search first when I joining bounty campaign to avoid suspicious project like that.
The only complaint about the bounty comes from the scam. Not only did they consume our precious time, but they also made many new investors afraid of the market!
The big problem with generosity in ICO is that this area of activity remains practically unregulated and ICO teams unilaterally set any rules convenient for themselves for bounty hunters, including the right to change any rules at any time, that is for a game without any rules, and this is a hard dictate, which is unacceptable in the world of decentralized cryptocurrency. We need government regulation of ICO activities. Self-regulation is ineffective here.
Problems can differ on individual basis, but I think some of the bounty problems are now becoming general. For instance, the long delay in ending a bounty program, delayed distribution of tokens, scam projects on the rise, too many bounty participants thus a reduced bounty reward, many projects are suspending their projects in the middle of a campaign, etc

The only problem I see in bounty campaigns is there are a lot of uncertainties especially with the end of the campaign and the distribution of the rewards. Extensions usually demoralizes me to continue but I have to anyway. There's no denying that there is a huge amount of money in cryptocurrency.
Now the bounty is very difficult in terms of distribution. and sometimes when it has done distribution, prices actually decline or the market is not available and makes participants less enthusiastic

First of all, you hardly find a qualified and good incoming bounties. When you find it, you see many people participated in the bounty campaign. So you dont earn much.
Morever, bounty managers wants from you too much. You must post minimum 70 ch, you must post in seperated days.
Finally, you get your tokens after couple mounths. It takes too much.
Bounty these days are not worth from POV of money and effort.

Performing a bounty takes me 2-3 hours a day. I am new to this field, so I haven’t received any real payments. Waiting for the first payment in late November. My main problems are: you do not know exactly how much you will earn in the end and whether it is worth the effort and the search for a worthwhile project.
The worst thing that could happen is the budget reduction. I have took part in a project not so long time ago that have promised 10 million tokens as the reward pool. After 10 weeks of hard work, they just said that we reduce the budget to 500.000 tokens. Absolutely silly.
There are lots of problem in the bounties that I have participated and one of those problems is that they invent or make many excuses so that they can pay you in a minimal amount not fully completing the payment that is due to the work that you have done.
Currently, the main problem with participation in bounty companies that offer ICO projects is the bearish trend of the market, in which very few projects issue their tokens on a crypto exchange. There are also a lot of fraudulent projects, participating in bounty companies which I just lose my time and do not get any profit.
well I hate when they announce KYC for bounty hunters after the bounty campaign that's my problem when doing campaigns, well there is nothing we can do when they change the rules.

There are several such as this KYC isolation often takes a long time and this often makes me worried that my document will be misused.
Second market prices and most ico scams make me often discouraged.
My biggest problem in bounty is high expectations. I usually believe to team words and estimate my earnings for ico price.

you must not believe in a project and do not expect too many earnings. I think you should divide ico price for 3-4 and it can be the real price.
When you don’t know how much money the campaign will collect and when they pay you for the profit, now there’s such uncertainty with the campaigns that it’s hard to understand what will happen as a result of participation.
My experience in participating in bounties have been a rough one, most bounties are only active during the commencement of the project after few weeks they tend not to update informations. The reward you get for participating in bounties at times is quite small comparing the Hard work you have put in.
Not getting payments, not getting the right payments for the tedious work done and not paying on time. Those are the problems I have in bounties. Many bounties this year were not worth it at all
