Teams are not able to pay tokens in time. I get huge part of my tokens, which were earned during bounty, after a year of waiting and they were still worth nothing.

Many a times, we have had to wit for so long a time to receive bounty rewards. That has been really frustrating for a lot of us bounty hunters. Sometimes, som of us even have to wait as long as four to six months, and if you ask me, I think that is totally unfair to us bounty hunters. I think bounty rewards should be distributed as soon as possible, and not delayed

Lack of bounty managers on the market feeels very bad. It would be much better, if every manager should keep the public portfolio, so there were no chance of fake.

My only problem in the bounties is when I've already join the bounty and I think that it is legit but when the bounty ends I only received a crypto which have no value for years. It is a big problem for me because I work so hard everyday and it is just a waste if its not worth it.

I have not encountered any problems in the bounty activities, I will stick to the final project.

I was joined bounty program in more than 5 months but I'm not really make money from it. Some bounty did not pay me, and others only pay with small amount. At the moment I still join signature campaign just to spend a little bit times while doing day trading. I think will be more potential to make money in crypto trading than bounty.

When the bounty manager not update the spreadsheet in the middle of the campaign.Especially if it's a signature campaign because one account can only join 1 signature campaign. If the update is done at the end of the campaign we can't do anything when the stakes are not appropriate and many our post deleted by a moderator. At the end we will only waste time folowing campaign not appreciated our work.

Many users cheat using accounts and other people's work. Makes me lazy to work on bounty.

There are bounty hunters who have other works that they do or are having one or two or even more responsibilities to attend to aside doing bounty. So sometimes, one might get tired that to even engage in any bounty activity might look so tiring. There are some aspects of bounty that require lots of attention, monitoring and some other works needed to be done on daily basis. Some people have sleepless nights over some bounty activities.

Probably the most important obstacle is the drop in motivation due to long delays in payments and the fall of the market for the whole year as a whole. Now you have to spend much more time on analysis.
