pending payments, and when it is paid not according to the tasks we are working on, it feels like a waste of time. especially in this year there are so many ico who are less successful and scam project
The problem today is only that people do not give publicity to projects that today have serious problems with payments, you understand that today there are a huge number of people who have already been deceived earlier
the problem of gift programs now is that many project gifts are scam. we have done the gift assignment for several months, it turns out that the manager ran away and we got nothing. then payment and distribution of tokens is very long then waiting for the token in the market too long. even though the ICO ended a few months ago. and sometimes the price of the token does not match the price set at the ICO. following the gift must have more patience.

I think the only reason I'm lazy is if I'm thinking of whether the project is successful or not, whether they pay the hunters for money or not.

The sad thing about doing bounty is that sometimes project really dont pay, from the days, and months of working to a certain project, it came out that after the campaign, it takes months to claim the token, and some of the managers as well never care the participants. One time, we have project called CAVIAR, and until now, we never received the token, its really frustrating because everyday we do the work to promote it in the social media.
There are now plenty of Bounty Hunters coming in this sector. So I think the bounty manager should limit the Participants. If not limited, Hunter is getting much less than work. That's the biggest problem now.

I personally am very angered by too long payments for bauty campaigns and even the fact that recently the earnings are quite small, you need to participate in dozens of campaigns at the same time.

there are several factors that become obstacles or feel lazy for me to do a bounty, one of which is an internet network that is less supportive, the project I am working on is a scam project, so it does not pay for what I should get.

the problem that is often experienced is the problem of stakes that are slow to update, and it makes us lazy to post because we cannot see updates about our work 
Now pay very little delay payments on the debt,and then there are those who threw it,and the companies became a little cool,plus the company does not collect the necessary money,and you them advertised waste time and in the end just empty,that this is now the market and,therefore, the bounty end is not very popular,but despite this people are doing,as the money he wants for the future
In my opinion, the worst probleb of bountyhunters is thing, when you don't know where are a scam campaigns, you know. It's so regret to work with bounty for a few months and discover that is a scum.
actually I have no problem while undergoing a bounty because I expect a lot in the bounty and I always do all the tasks well but sometimes I also feel bored and when that happens I always motivate myself that if I'm lazy or bored then I won't get what I want, so I have to keep up the spirit and do my best
The biggest obstacles for bounty hunter is competition with rise of ICO successful during 2017 and mid 2018 number of hunter increased. Due to that hunters are receiving very less amount of rewards as ICOs which have terms and conditions of total rewards will be based on tokens sold and ICOs are failing to reach their hardcaps because of bear market.
I do not have any reservation for bounty hunting hobby I involve myself with. My approach to bounty activities is capture in this statement! Blessed is those that have lower expectation because they will not be disappointed!
Bounty campaigns are really tedious, you spent lot of time and energy. When comes to distribution then it turns into postponement this sometimes deter others from joining bounties since they might fall as a victim
You're with what you said but I must tell you that is not the fault of the project owner because the bounty hunters are to be blame for not doing the necessary before joining the bounty they participated because it not about the worth of the total token allocation but the genuinely of the project owner. 
I think that 90 percent of hunters no problem with laziness or something else. There is a big problem which is that there are no normal projects and too many fraudulent ICO.

The biggest problem is when you do bounty, and the project that you follow is scam project so you don't get anything,just spend your time without get paid.
its hardest things nowadays to "detect" the bounty is legit or not.
Bounty is not equal to airdrops.
Most of the bounties like translation, community management etc are like being part of the project.
But it is hard to find a real project which can make money.
So we need to eliminate the fake projects from this environment than everyone will be happy

My problem in the bounty is that some campaigns did not pay me the pretending tokens, although the work was done on time.
Some of them are just being totally rekt, even you do something about their campaign, promote them and at the end of the time you will just know that its just a scam or the project didnt succeed.
My problem in the bounty is time because I don't have much time to do the all the bounty campaign that I have joined so the reward that I got is not maximized. Including the time to report all your task in the bounty thread every week. I wish I have time to do the bounty just like the old days
