it's all because investors realize although the risk is great but the odds of making a profit are also great then from that they dare to follow ico, if i have a lot of money i will also do the same thing and i think anytime is the right time to buy altcoin because of possible price ride is always there

three answers in your three questions.

first -in ICO stage- yes it will be a good time to buy their coins because the price value of the ICO token is in a very low value and another good thing is they will give you a bonus of their token if you will invest to the ICO but the risky of buying altcoin in the ICO stage is you have not sure if that token will make a good shot if its already listed on the exchanger so make a double decision by picking a good iCO.

second -in the exchanger- you can also use the exchanger to buy altcoin by simply reading the graph movement of the coins that you want to buy if you know how to read candle stick that is better because you will notice if the coin that you will going to buy will be high or going down its price, by reading the movement of the coin in the graph before buying an altcoin gives you a profit as long as you have a knowledge doing this.

third -wait for the dip- this is another good choice to buy altcoin if you are going a long term hodl. buying altcoin in a dip price gives you a higher profit if you will hold it for a long time til its price goes to the moon.

all your questions in when is the best time to buy altcoin is all good just make your own decision weather what method you are going to do.

Best time would be when the market bleeds,because the bloody market can give us plenty of discount from these coins,which is why i suggest to wait for the dips so when the market will ever recover you are going to make a lot of money,when you have bought coins from the bottom of these bloody markets i have been doing this strategy and its effective.

Out of the three options listed above, there is non that is actually bad. If you make an investment at the ICO stage, you will get some bonus as an investor, hold to it and wait for its rise, sell and make your profit, or buy from exchange site and hold through the deep, or you also wait for the deep and buy more of the coin. Buying at deep time is better if you are not an investor into the coin/token during ICO stage.

Well , in my opinion the best time to buy bitcoin or any other altcoin is when that altcoin has dropped a lot and i will tell you why i think that . Well , when the price is dropping dramatically there is a reason why is that happening . My answer is this , that altcoin is manipulated by some rich people , with millions of dollars . They are spreading rumors , untrue rumors becouse they want to change the price of that altcoin , to a small price and after that they want to invest millions of $ in that altcoin . After they will stop spreading rumors the price will start to go up.

If you are not a trader I think it good opportunity to buy now and HODL, otherwise its too risky too trade while BTC is raising, cause you can miss the train if your short, so its up to you but my strategy is holding for sure.

In ICO you need to have a solid proofs that this coin is good and will suffice through its ICO phase, solid proofs like its technically a better option than the rest this will give such an advantage over others who are just a clone of other blockchain next is do it have a big supporters such like a successful person behind it who will promote the coin. If the coin is already in the market then you should wait for the dips but determining the lowest point is also a hard part because you don't know will the market will react next day or week, just to be sure decide when the trend is different.
