When im stress or burn out, I shower then take a deep sleep afterwards. Sometimes,  I watch movies in an instance where I cannot sleep.

Hello everyone,
I'm very stressed now and I dont know how to make myself relax and feels better. So I wonder to know that When you are stressed, what do you do to relax ?
If you want to relieve your stress do things that can make you happy just like your hobbits. Well for me i do drinking coffee while listening music because, music is one of the best stress reliever when you are also related to the song.

When I feel stress what can I do is eat a lot and sleep well. Sometimes I go outside and drink beer with my true friends.
And when I'm alone and got stress I drink coffee and smoke cigarette. That is how I release my stress in life.

Healthy body is the premise for a comfortable spirit to beat stress. Just practice about 30 minutes a day that you can improve your health, avoid mental stress and so on

It depends on the type of stress I am under. If it is stress caused by overworking, I take a good rest, eat a good food and catch some fun like watching adventure movies. However, it is stress caused by disappointment, anger or other psychological/emotional stress, I try to tell myself that it is part of life, if it is the one caused by someone getting me angry, I tell myself human being will always be human being, if it is emotional one, I try to be among people who can actually help in one way or the other.

Listen to a podcast, and go to the gym.  I also take my dog for a walk.  The happiness that he gets from going on walks is contagious.
