Sleep is generally a bit different from rest. When someone is sleeping, their body shuts down much more than when they were in a form of rest.

I’m going to listening music that I liked, or getting a hug from people we love to keep me feel comfortable and relax.

Small things make big difference. If you want to watch TV or video, watch a documentary rather than a thriller or a whodunit.

Caffeine. Perhaps as time goes by your body is not as adjusted to taking caffeine as it used to be. Cut out the caffeine (and possibly chocolate too) for a few days and see if that helps.

Meditation really works for me. At first I was skeptical, but I found myself calmer in between sessions. I also use apps that help me meditate. Some good examples are Calm and Headspace. And now I’m looking to invest in a virtual reality headset to up my meditation practices. According to an article I just read, meditation via VR is not only a flexible and customizable way to relax, but it can be magical too, as it opens up new worlds before your eyes. Sounds interesting, right? Here's a link:

I prefer to go to the forest and mountain or the hill, going camping there. Be alone and listening to music and enjoying the smell of marijuana

If I stress, usually I will take the time to just hang out with my best friends or my partner, and tells what we feel to them which we believe will make our feelings better.

Sleeping upon a hard bed without any pillow sometimes produces the desired effect. Always have plenty of fresh air in the room.
