Sleep and rest are different in that one who is about to go to sleep will have to be in a restful state first. On the other hand, one who rests does not always have to sleep.

I start eating a lot !!! At what indiscriminately, I can first eat sandwiches with sausage, then chocolate, then something salty. As a vacuum cleaner, I sweep away everything that is in the fridge!

When I am stressed I usually take a break from whatever is causing it and take a walk or run. If I am at home, I would then read or play with my VR. I find that it gives me comfort and makes me relax a little bit more. Taking power naps also help I think.

My favorite method for getting relaxed is drinking some tea. Especially, puerh tea. It at the same time wakes you up, relaxes and clears your thoughts.
