Sleep. For me sleep is the only one solutions to escape all the negativity, problem and as well when Im stressed.

you could keep stimulating conversations for the following day. those can hold you awake due to the fact they fill your device with stimulating hormones. proper sleep will then assist you loosen up.

Meditation is my best form of relaxation when stressed.
I sit still breathing deep for ten minutes , pressing my index finger and my thumb together with the aim of feeling the pulse between them.. works like a dream..

I go shopping. I play taekwondo. I eat ice cream. I do all the things I love the most to remind me that I shouldn't feel hopeless. I'm blessed to do the things that I love. So, it isn't the end of the rope yet for me.

If possible play shooter games, if not just walk or do cardio. Also, try to break the problem that is stressing me to little issues, that I could solve.

When I'm stressed the first thing I do if possible is to have a cold shower and very slowly. I do come out refreshed and energized. Also, listening toy favourite music with my headphone works magic for me. If I still have enough energy, I might decide to take a walk with my earphone still plugged and decide to take a walk around. I also talk to my friends either on phone or try to get them to come over to my place. Life is short, don't let stress make it shorter.

Go out. Watch movies or eat out your stress. You can also chill, drink coffee while listening to acoustic music. At least that is what I do to relax.

My only stress reliever when I got home from a long pressure day of my work is when I came home I always hug my wife and my only 5 years old chubby son. I don't why but I feel relax and comfort whenever I did it. The funny thing is sometimes I feel that I'm transferring the stress to them.

If I stress, usually I will take the time to just hang out with my best friends or my partner, and tells what we feel to them which we believe will make our feelings better.
