Both of are great to make money. If you have enough knowledge about trading than you can choice trade but it has little bit risk. On the other hand if you not take risk than you can choice investment it could be profitable.

You do both or the investmnet nor trading you can do both and has both profits. Although trading has more income than investing because it has no limits of money or in transactions though invesment also but trading has an instant income but risky sometimes. I wouldn't suggest him to do so since If he is a newbie then he is prone to get scam an be appealed by those refferal monkey guys so he must stay away on investment thing and rather the main thing that he need to focus with is the trading since as you said he might gonna get an unlimited profits if he's been well trained to do some nasty trades on some exchanges existing out there.

In my opinion , I suggest you put it in both way. You make investment and also do trading. It depends on you on how much will you put in investment and how much will you put in trading. But as far as I know, investing is better than trading, just be wise choosing what investment will you put your money or bitcoin. In my case, I admit, I don't have much knowledge about trading business. But its easier for me to go on holding bitcoins for future purposes or long term investments, I do believe that sooner by the end of 2017 it will pumps up to 9K$, If i have much capital, i am totally confident to hold bitcoins as an asset:)
