If you want to answer your question , first study about trading and investing because you are the one who can decide about that but for additional information I’ll answer your question , I prefer Trading than Investing because in Trading you need to be friendly and socialize and you will encounter different people with experience in Trading and you can learn from them. In Investing , you will just invest your money and then you will wait.
i think you should try for trading, but not all in. make it a small amount for first then if you have understand, then you can trade with half amount or some amount of btc you want.

I agree with your idea,that is if you’re trying to trade , just use the minimum amount of your money or a portion alloted for investments and if it succeeds then good but most important is if you are enjoying trading then you should be into trading but its on you whether you like it or not.

You should try trading. Investing is risky because scammers are everywhere looking to scam people money by giving attractive schemes.. You can lose money on investment but in trade you'll never lose any thing. Trade is also a risky task but not much as compare to investment, you can start trading with small amount do not use your all money .

Both investing and trading is a good factor in making sure that you can earn some money, but for me it is better to try trading, because many investing website online is scam, unlike trading that is definitely not a scam, but a business rather. It depends upon you if you want investing or trading. Ask yourself, what category do you really want ? In that way, you can choose correctly. If you want to go for trading, you must have a passion for it, it also applies with investing.

Personally I'm more of a long term investor. I find startup coins that I think have a good possibility of success, invest in them, and hold. When I invest I try to make a few points in time where I check up on their progress to see if they still are likely to succeed. Daytrading is not my cup of tea, but I'm sure there's many people that make a lot of money from it. I prefer to look at fundamental advantages to one coin over another. In a way it is also more comfortable to do it like that, because you don't have to worry so much about the price fluctuations. If your game is long term, the short term is not so important.

based on my experience ,investing and trading are both risky
some legit investment company becomes scam in the long run so must know when to exit
in trading you must study your altcoin before investing and i suggest go for long term holding
than short term trades

Investing and trading are 2 different concepts I think. For example you want to trade, in order to trade you must invest some bucks to have bitcoin to trade isn't it. You cannot trade unless you will invest money from it. If you are pertaining to investing then holding and trading then I think if you can do both then do it. Trading requires skills, knowledge and a little bit of luck. It will give you high return but at the same time its risky. When you do invest and hold, you will see that you will get a high return too since the price is increasing but it will take you time with it.
