Usually, a particular investor will just be surprised after those scammers are gone. When they were promoting their project, everything seems alright, legit and something was really going on. But once they got the money and overwhelmed by greed, then, you know what's next??? Running, hiding away from investors. And those investors invested because they did believe that they will get something out of it. And in the first place, no one can say at the very early stage that they are fraudulent, only at the later stages, once the dust settled in.

Alright and so many people are aware about this situation and they will do any analyzation to determine how good the projects are. As you can see with the increase of the scam icos and that created so many smart people at the same time.

This leads to the fact that the scammers collect huge sums and hide with them. But now the market is getting older and the current situation due to the lack of quality ICO makes investors carefully analyze projects.

because the initial concept of all existing ico is indeed very interesting. starting from the whitepaper to the road map, it will definitely make everyone interested in investing. only, there is no guarantee that ico will succeed at the end of the period or not at all. therefore, ico investors cannot be blamed, knowing that ico is a scam or not is very difficult at the beginning of the period.

People invests because of a promise of a great return. But that is not always the case nor the outcome. People invests because of a great project, but this is a long term projection. Along the way a project may halt and you lose again. A promised to gain more profit always entice an uninformed investor, its good to always read fro other sources and weight in some options.

Most people still invest in ICOs because of the high returns some people made from ICO investment in 2017 but unfortunately ICO investments is no more profitable because their prices fall drastically when they get to the market

All the peoples are normal human being so they don't know how the future market will move. But investors are must research the potential of project, This year many projects are failed and most of the altcoins are died so peoples are panic in ICO participation. My suggestion is you are check the softcap and hardcop, once it will reach softcap it will make good profit.

I think this current time when the bearish market still not come to an end, the Token sale of every ICO project cannot reach soft cap or hard cap due to the loss of the trust about future of ICO project. So that I think 2019, ICO will die if the market not recover.
