Well, I hope. We can only be hopeful.
2019 hasn’t been good enough. Especially with all the more scam projects flowing around and Bitcoin dwindling down.
I think 2020 will better than 2019 but would not go bullish as many people expect.

I don't know if we should expect a good price going up movement to altcoins this coming year but as an optimistic person, I don't close the door on hoping that altcoin will recover. Mostly 2017 investors already gave up on putting their money to cryptocurrency cause of what they've experienced. So the last 2 years results are affected by a scam and fake projects.
2019 had been not so good for altcoins as this year has given us number scam projects and as a result, some of the genuine projects have been failed wherein people just pretended any projects with ICO as a scam. I think 2020 will bring new hopes and some good project in the market by considering 2019 as a learning area.
The scam projects are not a invention of 2019, the scam projects are there when the alt coin boom started and billions of dollars are lost to scammers well before 2019 and yes these projects are experimental and as an investor you are just risking your money as there is no guarantee that they will come up with a viable product and if the project fails to fulfill what they started even after collected millions they will just shut their store and move to other projects and we have seen that in the past and you really think that people should trust these experimental projects

No expectation again this coming 2020.. market is still on bearish.. its very difficult to predict as well as the market is not performing very well.. bitcoin is at 7k usd plus

Not really expecting much if there would be changes on this upcoming new year but well, anything is possible and we might see some progress which we havent experience in last 2 years in the market.We've been tanking or moving sideways for too long and in mention with Altcoins there would be still some hopes but we cant precisely know nor predict into things that might happen ahead.
Price would always vary or depend with the demand and if that thing do lacks then we know on what would happen.
Altcoins market not performing well since Bitcoin price was slipped from its peak value. This 2 years I never seen any good done positive sides from the altcoins marketplace.
We never know any good cryptocurrency exist after Bitcoin and ethereum.
Most of the founders are very much greedy to bone their business alone without the public concern.
