The ones which are contributing big to the development of crypto will grow while those that do not will vanish. This is also a year that is full of hope for Bitcoin.
Investors learned from the tough days of last year's event so for sure they will investing still with projects that they've think have a good contributions to this industry while they will also avoid those that only got created to be use as pump and dump project. If we talk about 2019 it must be recognized as a bad year for the performance of altcoins, but fortunately it is 2019 already passed.
We open a new page, entering 2020. Certainly in 2020 we hope that the performance of altcoins can be far better than in 2019. I really
hope the halving bitcoin event can make the price of altcoins go up following the price of bitcoin. If possible ATH prices in 2017 could be
repeated in 2020. And also hopefully ICO / IEO projects in 2020 can be better. I am very sure that 2020 can bring new hope for altcoins.

2019 wasn't good for the altcoin, the dominance of Bitcoin was too high so the altcoin market crashed badly. Though 2020 is here and there is no good sign in Altcoin, Ethereum 2.0 hype is also gone! Now I think this year will be difficult for the altcoin as usual. If the Bitcoin bull run comes then that will change the alts market condition into a better condition! But the majority of altcoins may fall down!

Just watching the charts will not help the adoption or promotion of crypto. You are just supporting the status quo.

look at the charts man, its definetely going to be a good first half of 2020 for many alts

Sooner or later alts will begin to recover and grow, there is hope that this year everything will start, but to start alt season, it takes at least 2-3 years.
even now, I have seen a fairly good development of bitcoin, and altcoin. I think this year has a positive effect on prices. whether it's the effect of halving, or ethereum 2.0, but I also believe that sooner or later, prices will rise. it is likely that prices could rise close to $ 8,000 this month.

May be, may not be. The problem with Altcoins is that you can never tell what the team might do to the project. The fluctuations if BTC is already killing them and on that they are losing their community so it's not sure whether Altcoins will make it in future. May be the potential ones.

Well of course it's been only 3 days since 2019 ended so the market will still feel like the bloody market of 2019 but i think this will just run flr about few months and then the market will start to recover and i hope that we'll see some pump even before the halving because of course halving will make coins pump but will not take effect immediately so 3rd to 4th quarter of this year is the time that i think we'll see some big happenings not only to bitcoin but also to altcoins. 2020 is the year where bitcoin halving is happening again. So there is already a.big chance of a bull run after the halving. If.bitcoin pumps altcoins will follow.
A big hopes for bitcoin and not for altcoin. Remember in a few months ago ethereum has already done its halving and that doesn't even give a huge impact to the price of altcoin. that's only the price of ethereum was gettign a slightly growth caused by the block halving that already happened in the past. Altcoin needs a good fundamental to follow the bitcoin pump. Bitcoin does it alone without altcoin. Just never try to expect a huge gain for altcoin caused by that. Bullrun is not yet coming and see the altcoin is not getting bearish market is more than enough rather than rush for the bullrun.
2019 was pretty well and I think 2018 was the learning year, not 2019! After so many scams in 2018, people understood investing in ICOs are just bullshit! In 2019, some altcoins did well but most of the reputed high ranked altcoins did not well enough! I Don't think without a bull run, those coin prices will grow for a good price. If bitcoin halving works like before then a new bull run may change the whole crypto market scenario!

I think yes this year will give a bull run and people will have a hope that crypto can give them some extra money if they buy crypto coins, i think this year will grow most altcoins which are not ponzi or scams.

It depends upon how the investors are planning to invest in different alt coins when there is a halving coming up in BTCitcoin and if we see a rally like we saw in 2017 then the alt coin market will go down further because everyone like to ride the market and earn the profit and then after that we might see a rally in the top alt coins.Because most people classified Crypto as "Bitcoin"

crypto is unpredictable ,special things happen when you least expected. Bitcoin and altcoin already survive for two consecutive years of bear market ,hopefully this 2020 will be a different one and might also the bullish year that we are all waiting for.

now everyone has hope. I know that people are waiting for this year to see the price of altcoin or the season for altcoin arriving. honestly, I also have several altcoins that I think will develop this year. Well, I really hope this year has the same effect as of 2017. this year actually gave new hope, even one of the years awaited by the holders.I am sure that people can wait for this year. Now we are in the new year moment which can bring those hopes to become real although we don't know the right time when the market will be changed. Maybe we need to wait for this month to see the market will rise, and we still have time to buy more coins if we want. The crypto market itself will not be like this forever because there will always come back time for the crypto and repeat the history.
